我觉得如果脸上或者身体上有个明显的缺陷，比如说伤疤，那就可以做个手术。我认识一个整形外科医生。他说非常多人对自己的外貌都不满意。但是因为手术不便宜，因此做过手术的人不太多。而且做一个手术的人以后会再想做一个。偶尔停止比较难。

I never understood the appeal of fake looks. Even lip filler looks ugly in most cases. But mainly the personality that has work done is unattractive. They're typically the same people that criticize everyone else for their flaws.
