Bit about myself: I'm very athletic and are in the sun a lot. I work out 3 times a day and I sweat a lot. I'm a caregiver and work a lot with clients that enjoy the outdoors. I've used a lot of male specific skin care products and none have worked for me and caused me to either break out or lose moisture. My wife introduced me to origins and bought the small kits just to try them out before driving into specific products. I have to admit it has to be the best product line o have ever tried. The mega mushrooms literally helped me reduced my pimples and redness and the moisturizer is a thing of beauty. For now, I'm using the age wrinkles product line and it's working too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and no I'm not sponsored or an annoying not.

I have been using Origins for years and I love it. I tried a lot of other brands and drug store brands before trying Origins and I have to say, Origins is the only one that made a positive difference for my skin. My skin texture is smooth and my pores are better and my skin looks so much healthier!

I got the mini sizes of the rose retexturizing mask, charcoal mask, and overnight moisturiser. As a teenager I have acne, but sadly they leave dark marks. I’ve tried a lot of brands but when I got this as a gift I never would’ve known how effective it was. It’s been two days, my skin DEFINITELY looks better, my acne is clearing up and my dry skin on my nose and cheeks are non existent. well there you go, im not sure if it works for everyone. so far ny favorite product is the overnight moisturiser, my face felt so great even under makeup and powder, and if you have dry skin you NEED to buy this
I totally agree about the Origins Ginzing gel moisturizer! I'm curious what you might think of the Origins Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Treatment "Lotion" as it seems like just medicated water but feels great as a toner on my skin.
I love the Ginseng eye cream and the gel moisturizer. The moisturizer smells like tangerines to me.

I just found your channel while looking for Origin reviews. I used to use Origins in my early 20s and am now looking into it again. I stopped when Paula Begoun wrote the cosmetic bible and said it was bad for your skin. Thanks for the info!! Origins has the best smell!

My favorite ever is the ginzing energy boost gel moisturizer
I'm no make up guru or skin care pro what so ever. In fact, I'm just a simple person when it comes to all of that, but I remember years ago whenever I was using Origins, I read that it wasn't that great for your skin. I believe it was in "Don't Go to The Makeup Counter Without Me" or something. I stopped using it. However, here lately I've been wanting to try it again. Origins has some of the best smelling products. They could make a killing if they made candles with the same scents. Last I recall, they only sometimes did candles with gift baskets around the holidays. If I'm wrong, please correct me. Thanks for sharing!
Have you tried the origins a perfect world age defense toner? I honestly love it. My skin looks and feels amazing. It’s really gentle and soothing for a toner which I really appreciate since my skin is really sensitive and acne prone
With the mega mushroom face mask try using it as a light lotion as it works better then I find x
I just started using Origins for a year now, ever since it was given to me as a gift. I have not tried the Ginzing line, but the more videos I watch on youtube, everyone is raving about how great it is. So I might start with the gel moisturizer. I currently use and LOVE the Perfect World with white tea SPF 40 moisturizer since I work outside, it works way better than my previous drug store SPF. Everyone's skin is different, and let me tell you, after I used the Mega Mushroom soothing lotion for my sunburn, the inflammation and redness totally vanished!! I use it right after sun exposure, and before bed. It is my second fave line from Origins, after Plantscription. Well, all the Origins products I've tried are wonderful! LOL Very informative video, I really enjoyed it! -alandon

I love origins..I don’t know many people who use their products. They’re definitely an investment but they are fantastic. I’m on the dry side so a perfect world works great for me! Great content! PS. To anybody with drier skin I wouldn’t recommend the charcoal mask ..the overnight mask /original skin is great for dry skin though !❤️
I think it's worth it too. Skincare is so important and I'd rather invest in good skincare than a lot of other things. Some of their products have become essential to me.

Hi! I was just "late to the game" so to speak...just now discovering, and using Origins for everything, to test long term results. I was a die hard fan of PTRoths Vit C Camu Camu cream, but I can't get it anywhere now. You might mention that for non- oily skin , the fabulous "gel" moisturizer comes in a cream also, rather than a gel. Its still has all the wonderful features, just creamier for dryer skin. Also. Would like to know if Origins exfoliators have birodegradable beads or small, timy plastic beads? If not natural, dissolving, i definitely will buy something different for this step! Thank you!
Have you used the origins tinted moisturizer I only have that right now and love it and I saw your video and going to try some stuff you recommended but I am in my early 40s hope it works on my face
The age defence toner I found made my skin very tight and dry. I only use it in the evening rather than morning and evening like the packaging suggests, as I can use a strong moisturiser on top to counter the dryness. But I still find my face is a lot more plump and especially around my eyes it’s improved my skin so makeup application is much smoother. I was gifted the toner and yes I suppose it’s okay but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I LOVED that Ginseng eye cream but my last two tubs I couldn't use, never had a problem before so they must have changed an ingredient that doesn't work for me.......i love that pearly look it gives but not the new burning eyes :( I do love the overnight mask as I have super dry skin
Oh my gosh that's awful! I hate when companies change ingredients. I wonder if I got the old formula or the new one. I guess I'll find out as soon as mine runs out. Either way, they have SO many good products. I just tried the grapefruit body souffle and it smells so good and is insanely moisturizing on my dry skin through all the cold weather we've had.
Hi, I just got the sample pack (anti aging power serum, energy boosting moisturizer, mega mushroom soothing treatment), but don't know which order I should use everything. I of course washed with the frothy wash, and I do know how to use the charcoal mask.
Tashawnda Price the energy boost moisturizer is really good for daytime although you can use it at night. The order I would do is cleanse, soothing treatment, serum, moisturizer. Having a good eye cream is a great step to have in your skincare routine as well! I hope that helps!

Thank you for posting this video! Wanted to add: Plantscription is good; enjoyed the visible results, but the Plantscription moisturizer is way too greasy. Per usual with ORIGINS, a little goes A LONG WAY, for sure.

I personally like the ginzing becwuse it’s a gel moisturizer & won’t block pores or anything. It’s one of my faves!

Nabilah Huda I love the origins cleanser! It’s amazing so gentle and has helped my skin so much with acne and black heads! Every time I use it it makes me feel as though I have a fresh face without hurting my skin! Xx
Mega Mushroom is great for red and sensitive skin, but I've seen most of the line work great for sensitive skin.
I don't like anything with fancy smells because they are known irritants to a lot of people. I agree with Dr Dray we honestly don't need to be paying these high prices, it's really a con by the cosmetic/skin care industry

The essential oils they put into origins products unfortunately irritate my reactive, sensitive skin badly. So it's a big thumbs down for me

What self tanner do you use?
I'm tan in this video from the sun (it was filmed at the end of summer), but the one I like is the Loving Tan 2 hour express. I think it's the easiest one I've tried and doesn't get streaky!
Also, I don't use it on my face. I know some people do, but I don't suggest it if you break out at all. I just match my foundation to my neck once I'm tan (:
Thank you for getting back to me! 😊 I recently stopped using tanning beds and I’m looking to try a self tanner. So far I’ve tried a couple but they made me look orange. I haven’t tried loving tan but I’ve heard greats things about it and it’ll definite give it a try.
What foundation do you wear when using it?
I don't like to tan anymore either. Sometimes in the summer it's inevitable from being outside, but I definitely try not to anymore. I have a few different shades of foundations because my skin tones changes so drastically between the seasons. I either get my normal foundations in darker shades or I use the NYX foundation mixer to make my lighter shade a bit darker. The loving tan one definitely has a more olive tone than some of the other tanners that are warmer toned and more orange. Hopefully you like Loving Tan!
Don't think origins is worth the money tbh, there are better products out there much cheaper
