Great video! Ring roads around big cities (but Parma is not a small town) should be wider and without roundabouts. Otherwise there will be traffic jams (imho).

Yes. Ringroads around Italian cities are generally very well designed, I drove around Parma in rush hour and traffic didn't look bad.

Je pense que le mot le plus proche serait "rocade" ou "contournement". "Déviation" est plus equivalente à "passante" en italien.

La chiamano tangenziale, ma in realtà non è una vera tangenzale, è più una strada ad alto scorrimento
