I work for a nonprofit and have *many* different roles and responsibilities. Unfortunately, I struggle finding enough time to dedicate to putting together a report until part way through the following month. (For example, my August report was completed a couple weeks into September.) Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
thank you for your kind feedback lovely. Ok so what I would do is have the numbers done weekly ( I would use a spreadsheet for that) and have the report do the monthly number automatically. I send it out in the first 1-2 days of the new month. The first of the month is blocked for this kind of work. Because I also have my calls with the clients to say what learnings we have from these numbers and how we will adapt the strategy based on the knowledge. does that make sense?
