Great tips on the toy rotation and organizing them, love the simplicity of your Christmas decor this yr. Looks festive but not cluttered. Oh My Stars! Your kids are so cute! You look like your mom but when your daughter turned around your mom’s soft eyes just jumped out of her face! The play room is my favorite with that wall paper and your daughters room with that Christmas tree is so lovely. I remember the chaos 31 years ago when my children were small. I had a basket for toys and cleaned up a lot! I hated clutter!

Mom and I found that at a sample sale at Dallas World Market. It was the tree in a show room and retailed for over $2000 and we got it for $100. All the lights were burnt out so mom cut every single strand out. She has to add her own lights but it’s so pretty and worth it!
