Three friends in a car accident and was in critical condition at the hospital. Only two woke up but the love and feelings switched. A story of how someone who never like her ended up liking her after a heart transplant in the dream world. It’s so confusing and then it finally comes together at the end. The beauty of this crazy story.

I was like it’s a kdrama and then it turned into a hmong type of story towards the end. How the love was transferred in the spirit realms and carried over is what make this story so interesting.

I thought this was like Kdrama but towards the end when I realized the heart transferred never actually happened in the real world. Just wow.
6 minute into this story, I suspected that nai was going to give his heart to lue. But such a twisting plot that nai passed away on his own and gave his love spiritually to lue to love mai. Such a tragic story.

Either is the way you told the story or the person that wrote the story, but this story was very confusing. At first I was like there's no way this story is true cause there's no hospital or doctors in their right mind will allow a healthy living person to donate their heart, but then it was just in her dream.
