I love your attitude and spirit! I love who you are. I've learned so much about crafting (you and I have the same aesthetic likes), but also sooo much about just letting myself make mistakes and run with it to incorporate them into the beauty! Thank you for that. I'm thankful you were created as you are.
Michele, I'm so happy to see another tutorial from you. I'm glad you took some time off from filming to hopefully recharge yourself, but I'm thrilled you're back! These shipping label tags are so creative and your videos are always inspiring. Thank you for sharing the magical view from your window. Wow...what a site. We don't get that where I live in California, but we do have rain today :) I hope you can stay warm and cozy today. Thanks for a fun tutorial.
Michele, glad you’re back😍 thanks for the always informative and amusing video. You always make me feel better about my bloopers. You’re so lighthearted and talented. Hugs
So happy you are back! Love all the bloopers, such is life at times, it’s nice to see everyone runs into them at times. Love your tags. Missed you, you are my favorite crafter to watch. I was sending lots of prayers for healing.
glad your back also and thank you for being realistic and not cutting it out.....I'm retired, my goal is to past the time enjoying myself, what you think are mistakes today are actually the treasures of tomorrows. I love your finish, well done...vivian
And so the Okanagan in BC is not as cold as Alberta but we could sure use a LOT more snow. Glad to have you back. I never knew I could draw until I tried the bird houses. Even my artist husband was impresses. Thank you thank you thank you. You mentioned that you do crafts with seniors. I also do crafts with a few assisted living places in my little town but I'm running low on ideas...like real low. So where is your inspiration for engaging all levels of dementia. Oh and you only have one body so take care of it!!❤
Glad to see you back Michelle ... I've missed your little giggle when you do something you didn't intend, but make it your own 😢 anyway ... I'm a bit of a perfectionist and wish I could just blunder and accept it like you do as I always love what you finish with. I think I am slowly getting there, well I hope so anyway ... xxx
I really love how these turned out! And very glad that you showed how to work through things that seem to be mistakes. I rather like the extra crinkle in the label, it adds interest and texture. Funny thing is ... as I was watching you work through that ... I mistakenly put a sentiment on the wrong side of a greeting card! lol! Thanks for sharing! ❤
Hi Michele, glad your back! Have a good and healthy 2024 ❤ Love this video, so reconizable the bloopers, I make them every day too 😅 A pot of snow there, here in the Netherlands we have a few centimeters, but after tomorrow it starts raining again. Happy crafting, Anjo 👋
Of Course We Missed You, Kept looking for you and was hoping it was nothing too serious with your hip, I get a real sense of camaraderie watching your channel because, as with me, if it can go wrong it will, just tends to make us think outside the box and allows us to be more creative! Thank You for all that you do it making these videos for us. I wish you well and continued healing
As I continued watching your video, when sticking down and it doesn't go on straight, before you press it all the way down, you can put a thin slit with a beaver blade, into the bump/crease of the sticky stamp, bring the slit to the edge of the sticky stamp, there maybe an slight overlap in the print..., but there won't be a crease, your idea highlighting the final crease looks like its part of the print/design. I love how you find ways go with it..., Also the view outside your window is just gorgeous. Thank You,
I love your channel. Everything is so uncomplicated. It's wonderful and relaxing. You have so many ideas. I've already copied a few things. I'm surprised that distress stamps don't smudge on sticker paper. Mine smudges. I'm looking forward to lots more inspiration from you. Thank you...Iris from Germany🥰
You just showed how real people craft, I know I have days like this as I'm sure most do. I don't have any of those acrylic stamp blocks either but, I used to quilt alot and have some of the acrylic rulers and I use those to stamp with.
Not to worry, you aren’t the only one with a desk full while trying to film, lol! You must have had the same snow squall that came through here a couple hours ago! Loads of pile ups on the roads. I had two of my kids on the road and a son in law also during this and luckily they all made it home safely! It’s beautiful with all the snow but it’s also dangerous! What fun tags!
I would love some of your snow. It’s stinking hot here in Brisbane Australia at the moment. We never get snow where I live. I have decided to try to do more painting this year. Watercolour and acrylic. So far I have been looking after grandkids until school goes back next week. 🖌️📚🖼️
Just found your channel and I really enjoyed watching your process. Am looking forward to catching up on all your videos. Like you, I'm in Ontario but we just have constant -15 weather at the moment. Right time to get into crafting again.
Welcome back and Happy New Year to you and yours! Such pretty tags - enjoyed watching you create. TY for sharing. Good news that your hip is better. Stay safe and warm!
I think your bloopers are just fine. We all make those kind of boo boos. This was a fun video. Thank you The weather here in MB has been BRRRR cold - not as cold as Calgary - but -33 to -37 at night. Not a ton of snow - but really cold.
Glad to see you back and you are well! Happy New Year! So enjoyed watching you create these gorgeous tags! Thank you so much for sharing, take care and have a wonderful weekend x
So glad you are back! I love the tags and how you always laugh about that little mistakes. I tend to get angry, you get amused, which is MUCH better! 🤗
Oh thank you, well on camera I’m amused. There are times when I get very frustrated. Lol. I try my best to embrace the mistakes since I make them so often 😂
Oh I am a perfectionist w OCD & I can't w myself!! I drive myself insane! I always say you cannot b a perfectionist & an artist!!! I mean it's possible yes but good, no!!! Heck NO!!! Sadly it's very hard to control if not impossible!!! You are very lucky, I envy you in that regard!!! These are absolutely beautiful, I love them! I will b keeping my eye (eyes...why do we say eye? Lol I surely will be using both of my eyes!!! 😂) out for the clear tag sheets! Tfs ✌🏼💛
Hi Michelle, Happy New Year. Glad you’re back, we all need a break now and then….. my desk and studio are just as messy we wouldn’t be true artist if are studio was always clean and tidy(ha,ha) .
Good to see you back! The actual crafting space on my desk gets smaller by the day.. My.New year resolution is to Tidy Up more! May not last though..lol
Glad you're back! Missed your cute crafts. I thrive in chaos but I lose my scissors constantly haha My husband doesn't understand how I can operate like this lol
I love all these tags that you make but I never know what to do with them after I make them like I know you can do some for birthday cards kind of stuff, but what else can you use them for? I don’t do journaling to put them in a book, but how else can these be used while I enjoy making them I’d like them to be more useful for me, but do you use them all for?
You have been missed. You are such an inspiration. I try many of your projects. Some successful and some……. I couldn’t find the link to the Washi tape. Can you provide the brand? I didn’t see the link. But I dont always know what I’m doing!
I just had another thought - if anyone can't find the label paper you used - could maybe use wide, clear packing tape and stick a piece to some waxed paper till ready to stick it on a tag??
That might work. I have to say there is a leathery texture to the clear packing labels that absorbs the inks. Not sure if the ink would cure on the packing tape. Only one way to find out 😊

Lol. My husband came in the room and you were fussy cutting the red and white element. He said, "She's a machine." He was impressed with your skill.
It is refreshing to see your mistakes and how you problem solve. It helps me learn to push through.
LOVE the way you embrace "mistakes"! AWESOME!! They do add a really interesting element!
So glad you are ok. Hope your hip is healing!! I was worried about you!!

Thank you so very much. You are very kind. It’s nice to know people will still watch even when I screw up. And I screw up a lot haha😂

Thank you. Sounds like the perfect winter for you so far. 😊
🤩 You are my most favorite crafter to watch of ALL time!! Thank you for ALL that you do!!❤
Wow, thank you so very much 🥰
This looks fantastic, the labels look wonderful ☺☺
Beauty in the imperfections!! Your work always fabulous!!

I enjoyed this video so much! You are so much fun!!!!!
Just use a pokey tool to lift up the corner and it will peel just fine. Love your work!!!

I’m happy they are all home safe. I remember those days Thank you for watching 😊

Ok! We can switch lol. The snow is pretty but shovelling and paying the heating bill is no fun. Haha
Thanks for watching 😊
Love all the layers 😍
Thanks ☺️
Beautiful tags! TFS🤙And yes it always happens when the camera is rolling! LOL

Oh my goodness are you breaking records out there? We just got more snow but going up to 0degrees next week. Love 🇨🇦!!! Thank you for watching 😊

gets a trick to stick down tacky stuff cut a piece off the top on an angle line up at top corner then slowly peel it down 😊
Oh I am sooo happy you are back. I was very worried. You are a wonderful art educator and I love you for your way with making me love art
Thank you so much! That’s such a complement 🥰

Thank you 😊
Missed you, so happy to see you back, love these tags😊
😊 thank you
Welcome back. I enjoy using tags. Blessings from Alberta
Thank you. Stay warm my friend!
If you don't have a stamping block, just stick stamp to your ink pad box and it will work that way..have fun..
these turned out so pretty! I love your stamps and layers. And I love that you kept in the mishaps! I'm forever putting things on wonky.
Thanks so much! 😊. I think wonky has its charms 😂
I love this !
It’s great to see you back, Michele. I hope that you’re completely well now.
Thank you so much still on the mend but doing better. Thank you 😊

Hi Michelle, Happy New Year. Glad you’re back, we all need a break now and then….. my desk and studio are just as messy we wouldn’t be true artist if are studio was always clean and tidy(ha,ha) .
Thank you! I suppose that’s true. I do find when I have a clean organized space I can’t wait to create in it. So I clean it up once in a while lol
Great video. Loved all of it😊
Thanks so much!
Yay.... I've been excited for this!
Thank you 😊
Good to see you back! The actual crafting space on my desk gets smaller by the day.. My.New year resolution is to Tidy Up more! May not last though..lol
I hear ya! lol. Thank you for watching 😊
Good to see you again!
Thank you 😊
Glad you're back! Missed your cute crafts. I thrive in chaos but I lose my scissors constantly haha My husband doesn't understand how I can operate like this lol
Right!!! Haha. Glad I’m not the only one. Thank you 😊
I love your work. I have such fun following along! Mine dont turn out as nearly as beautiful as yours do but I enjoy the process. ❤❤
Thanks so much 😊. I am sure they do we are just our own worse critics.
aren't we just though!!!?? keep creating! :)@@thecreativecove6898
Welcome back, so nice to see you here! I love how you fixed the creases. The tags are beautiful.
Thank you so much! 😊
No stamping plate?
Use the cover of your ink pad to put the stamp on, then stamp as desired.
I really like these! And your approach to crafting is practical!
Thank you 😊
you are missed Michelle, welcome back.
Oh thank you! 😊
What do you call the tool you are using and also the little circle metal thing to reinforce the hole you put the string through? Love your stuff!!
Hi, I’m really enjoying your many videos and projects. I am wondering what the brand of your eyelet/grommet tool is? Thanks for your inspiration!
Hey Michelle! You helped inspire me to create my channel. My last video was all about these struggles!!
Oh my! That’s wonderful I’ll go check it out. Thank you for watching 😊
Girl.....your influence is all over my stuff!!! (tip#6 was inspired by you!) @@thecreativecove6898
You have been missed. You are such an inspiration. I try many of your projects. Some successful and some…….
I couldn’t find the link to the Washi tape. Can you provide the brand? I didn’t see the link. But I dont always know what I’m doing!
Sorry I added the link to the video. But I now added the link to the washi tape shop.
Cheers
I just had another thought - if anyone can't find the label paper you used - could maybe use wide, clear packing tape and stick a piece to some waxed paper till ready to stick it on a tag??
That might work. I have to say there is a leathery texture to the clear packing labels that absorbs the inks. Not sure if the ink would cure on the packing tape. Only one way to find out 😊
What if the key is to just put glue on the back of the washi tape so it's repositional and also will stick even better? 😊
That could work. Thank you great idea!!!
I was concerned you had a health setback. I hope you were able to relax and recharge.
