same here we love DAS! However mine thought there was 4 of me instead of 3 of me. it was kinda funny, and shout out to the person in the blue umbrilla who helped me in Epcot! WE love blue umbrilla cast members.
The Rainey day parade is very enjoyable. It makes it fun when it rains.Bringing a cooling towel on really hot days, makes the trips much more comfortable.
When I went there last year, I hadn’t been there in 12 years, I turned 4 in Disney world, I went at 16 at felt like I was 4 again (only I could actually go to every ride this time)
I think I was walking 17,0000 steps and I was getting to the parks at 10am-7pm. Rides and indoor quick service meals are key to resting your feet. Reifiable mugs or water bottles are also a great idea.
My family and I are here at MK today, left park@4 pm due to rain. We are at Shades of Green and have park hopper passes, so can go back later after it clears up.
I’m planning to take my neighbor to the magic kingdom since he’s NEVER been to Disney world in general! This was super duper helpful and I know he’s going to have an amazing time
What I did when I was at Disney last year was I brought my YETI refillable water bottle and got the free cups of water and dumped it into my water bottle. Plus, what I am going to do this year is put my phone and cameras inside a Ziploc plastic bag to keep them dry when it rains. Thanks for putting the suggestion in this video about packing an extra pair of socks in a Ziploc plastic bag because I did not do that on last year's Disney trip.
I also wear crocs for wet rides or rainy days. They dry super fast. I keep my socks in my plastic bag for the water rides and when my crocs and feet dry I can stick my socks back on.
I’ve been walking on the treadmill and walking around at work as much as possible. Using the stairs, parking at the back of the parking lot at the grocery store, etc. Some people are teasing me about it but I KNOW I need to get used to walking A LOT MORE than normal for my upcoming trip. 😊 Also, here’s my own tip: carry a foot care kit with you into the parks. Alcohol wipes, band aids, mole skin, blister pads, etc. Tend to your feet as soon as you start to feel discomfort. Back at the hotel soak your feet in the tub at night.
I personally love memory maker. But I get it's not for everyone. I grew up in a family that loves photos. so with the amount we would take and love having the memory maker always was helpful.
I know this video is geared towards MK, but for Guardians of the Galaxy virtual queue, if you have a conflicting ADR, they may let you ride the attraction anytime after your boarding group has been called. So no need to rush through your dining experience. Be prepared to show your ADR time slot as proof.
great video :) i was wondering what times are considered peak dining times for WDW, though! i always hear you say this & i never really know what times you mean haha
@DFBGuide 15:24 for the early breakfast reservations, what if you are not a hotel resort guest? Can you still enter the park early for your reservation at 8 am? If anyone knows the answer please let me know! It would be very helpful!
Mobile checkout seems like a lot more trouble than it's worth. What could be simpler than taking your merch to the counter and handing over a credit card?! It usually doesn't take that long... *especially* if others are fumbling with mobile checkout!
Mobile checkout is not about convenience to customers. It’s about doing away with paying a cashier to take your money. With all the demands of higher wages you can be assured that Disney will continue to replace humans with technology.
@@elainehill5931 GOOD POINT. I had read the description thinking of mobile checkout as an "option of convenience". Perhaps after a while it will be the ONLY option....
@@elainehill5931wrong. They still need people to screen the QR code to verify you’ve paid, and they will also still bag up your purchases and remove security tags.
A tip for hydration: Get one of those big waterbottles with the wide mouth and just keep asking for ice to put in it at QS restaurants. The Florida heat will melt that ice rather quickly, but you'll have ice cold water all day as you replace the ice. We also got the flavor drops from Walmart because Florida water doesn't taste good. Our favorite was the Black Cherry, but we loved the Grape, too, and it made hydrating much more enjoyable. We also saved money on softdrinks at meals, too because we could just drink our water, or add flavor drops to the water at TS restaurants instead of ordering a drink.
You need to mention that DAS is not for mobility disabilities AND the return time is not 1 hour....it mirrors the current wait time minus about 10 minutes. So if the wait is 90 minutes, you will get a return time around 80 minutes.
AJ- this is the first time we are renting a car at disney. Can or should we park at each individual park we are going to or do we need to park at TTC the take disney transportation?? Thank u sooo much - watch you all the time - big fan!
Open question to everyone, my family and i are going on our first family vacation, we are on 3 separate vacation's, is it possible to link our accounts so we can make dining reservations and genie + lighting lanes together
It is possible to link them. I had to call and speak to someone so that they could help me, but they were able to get all our people staying in different rooms linked up so we could make our genie, etc reservations together
I’ve only eaten at Cinderella’s RT once (wonderful btw), but my recollection is that all the windows face the back of the castle and overlook the princess fairytale hall and Prince Charming carousel
I just found out we’re going to magic kingdom in February 24 with a large group. I can dominate it with just my family but not sure how we’re going to tackle it this time.
Hey all! Can someone answer this? So to confirm, I am able to buy Tron as a Lighting Lane and NOT have to try to get a boarding pass too? Im a bit confused with genie magic, Its going to be my first time using it. Much appreciated!!
you can either buy the lightning lane and skip the line for tron, or ride it for free in the “stand-by” by getting the 7am virtual queue. Or ride it twice by doing both!
I’m glad you mentioned DAS. This made it possible for me to go to Disney. It’s a literal life saver.
We're going to be using the DAS for my son. Only way he'll be able to go and enjoy it as well.
same here we love DAS! However mine thought there was 4 of me instead of 3 of me. it was kinda funny, and shout out to the person in the blue umbrilla who helped me in Epcot! WE love blue umbrilla cast members.
@@spiritedreviewexc This is going to sound silly, but what do you mean there are three of you? Do you mean there are three people in your party?
Yes! DAS absolutely saves our trip for my autistic children! ❤
What is DAS? New to all this
Can you guys make a list of rest areas to relax? Like rides that are cool (not hot) and rest places like the garden behind the England pavilion?
Along with restrooms? Misting spots too!

DFB Guide makes our life better its not just in the parks do we feel like your helping us out really❤
Hope everyone is having a GREAT Monday!
Same to you

Awesome channel, good advice and gets to the point. Thanks for all the great content!
I would add Tomorrowland Terrace as a place for a bit of respite.
Thank you sweet AJ! I appreciate the time and effort it took for DFB to make this video! 🙏
So glad you did this video. I’m coming in September. I’ve literally watched every video you ever made on this channel. They helped me out so much.❤❤❤
1:44 that cast member's nod to the camera gets me everytime xD
I love your videos so much I been watching them for about 2 years and I always use your advice especially when I was at the park with my friends!
Happy Monday, y’all! 🎩🥂🖤
I appreciate these videos as I have a Disney world vacation planned in two weeks and I've been watching these to prepare ❤❤
Love watching your guides very engaging and informative. Makes it very helpful in planning a trip to Disney

Love Disney. Disney is awesome place to be anytime of the year. I love Disney rides food and drinks so on. ❤️❤️❤️ Awesome video.
Does the allergy binder lists seeds as well? If so that would be great for anyone that has Ulcerative colitis 🤔
I personally love memory maker. But I get it's not for everyone. I grew up in a family that loves photos. so with the amount we would take and love having the memory maker always was helpful.
I love memory makers. Everyone can be in the pic, and for loners like me, it’s practically a necessity.

Asthma inhalers will also trigger security. A very nice cast member in Epcot save us many bag search by telling us this very useful info.
can u please make a video on how to get there like how to get tickets before u go
Thank you!!! We are going in feb after a few years of not going and this helps SO much
Going to MK today, thanks for the great content!
great video :) i was wondering what times are considered peak dining times for WDW, though! i always hear you say this & i never really know what times you mean haha
Good to theres ways to get back in the TRon locker! definitely would've been freaked out if I couldn't get back in LOLOL
When you buy souvenirs do they deliver them to your room if you are staying at a Disney hotel
@DFBGuide 15:24 for the early breakfast reservations, what if you are not a hotel resort guest? Can you still enter the park early for your reservation at 8 am? If anyone knows the answer please let me know! It would be very helpful!
Of course! You just show a cast member your dining reservation and they will definitely let you in for your dining reservation!
Excellent job on video!

Oooooo, I definitely want a pixie dusting.
Take out glasses case prior to security also.
IF ONLY there were another park right next to MK; that would be so convenient when MK is too crowded! Where have I seen that before?... oh yeah....
What is the best time to eat lunch? Thanks AJ .
We need more vids from you on Universal. Have you done ANY vids on eating at any of the Universal Parks? Please.
I would try a page more dedicated to Universal and not Disney. Theres a reason this is called Disney Food Blog
Do we still need Park Pass Reservation this year or is this not required anymore?
Have fun with your mom AJ. Is this her first time going to Walt Disney World or has she been there before?

DFB is top notch!! Thank you for your videos and especially your snack guides 🫶
A video from All Ears about a day of healthy eating would be awesome!!!
*DFB lol i love all ears too tho! And great idea
Are you able to see the start of the day show from Cinderella’s royal table?

Do not mobile order dole whip, the line is almost always faster
Best way to enjoy your disney vacation: go to Universal instead.
I hope using the weather channel app is okay.
Are the kids at 1:56 okay? 😂
The real answer was to go before 2016

How bad is Magic Kingdom to visit when you need 50 tips? Disney just seems weird to me.
