सुबह उठकर-पेट भर चाय
एक घंटे बाद फिर चाय
9 बजे-रोटी सब्जी दही-बाद में लस्सी या फिर पानी
11 बजे फिर चाय
2 बजे रोटी और चाय
फिर देर शाम को रोटी सब्जी और ऊपर से पानी
फिर रात को दूध
Shehro walo ka kya km bura hal hai mostly yai krte or rat ko dudh ki jagah b chai or biscuit ..koi mehman agaya yA nan kr gya to fast food mithai b rat ko hi...or fir tv dekkhke sojao no walk ...no water...

I learned one thing - main raat ke khane ke turant baad sair karne jata tha ☺️ ab thodi der baad jaya karunga , & ek aur video banye ji please about ( ashwgandha - shatawer - sfed mushli - kaunch beej ) bahot young ladke isko lhaa rhe hai aur bahot se khana chahte hai , instead of whey protein, iske bare main detail se btaye pls, kab le aur kaise le & jo log kafi weak hain aur jinki digestion strong nhi hai wo kaise le 🙏🙏🙏

Namaskar guruji. Apki video bahut achi thi and apne diet ko rich kaise bnana hai and khane se pehle aur bad me kya khana hai ache se samjhaya.
M working hun aur married bhi. To m apko request krti hun ki ap ek sample diet plan btaye for women jisse unki overall health achi rahe kyunki unhe poore pariwar ka khayal rkhna hai, to apne khayal pehle rkhna pdega. Saath hi patle log kya galtiyan na kren khate huye, vo b vistaar se btaiyega. Kyunki aksar sb weight loss ke diet plans dete hain pr weight gain ya healthy weight maintain ke koi nhn deta.
Saath hi apki choti choti batein jaise bheege badam rat me nhn balki subah lene chaie - aisi cheezen aur btaiye.
