What you doing is a great job to try to prevent flareups. I’m not being funny but it’s the truth. My kids did not get baby acne. The first time I saw baby acne was with a girlfriend in my ass baby. She asked me what did I do for my kids skin to be so pretty till I use dove soap, or Johnson & Johnson, baby soap with Vaseline and Johnson and Johnson, baby lotion, mixed
