Ark: Military Combat Ship - Motorboat (Speed Build)

- This is a tutorial/speed build for a motor boat. This build has a military theme to it and doesn't use mods. For this build you need to enable clipping, up the structure limit on platforms and change it so that you can build further away from the platform. To do this you need a nitrado server. No mods used, built on xbox one x.

To be able to make this in single player on pc or on a multiplayer server on either xbox one or ps4 you'll need to change PlatformSaddleBuildAreaBoundsMultiplier=1.000000 to a higher value in the GameUserSettings.ini

I actually made this on a server with my friends (on my own I add because it took f’ing ages 😂) but we took it out for the first time yesterday and had a blast for like 6 hours. There was three of us so that’s 18 hours of pure fun, made possible by you.

Wow this one is even nicer than your patrol boat. Love it. Gonna have to make it in sp. Made a shorter version of your patrol boat and using it now as a mobile base on our server.

Pretty cool. I personally would have left just enough of an opening in the bottom to fit a sarco or something so then it could have amphibious capability and easier access for diving from the ship. You just ride the sarco into and out of the water when the need arises. But again, that's just how I PERSONALLY would do it. Either way though, looks good.

I built this on a PVP server, where youre like a nation with military. The others had quetzal jets, but it was nothing against the KL-89 Poseidon
What I'd like to see is the most durable mobile combat base build. This was sick tho

Awesome! You forgot to stand on the front of the deck , saying ,,I'm the king of the wooorld!,, Hint.....That unsinkable icon hasn't been properly built in Ark...yet.
I quit ark after 2.5 years and 2500 hours, but creative mode brought me back, now I'm addicted to building castles lol. Building in Ark is an artform, like in the Gta creator you have to use creative work arounds, and glitches...but ark can also drive you crazy with it's horror snapping points messing up alignment when you sneeze. If my first castle is done I'll post it on YT
Haha, yeah creative mode was one of the best things they ever added. Snap points drive me crazy sometimes as well, especially triangle roofs

I love the ship she would sell just fine on problem is I could not imagine building the thing a single player and using it and single-player because you could not see where he was going unless you are as in cinematic view all the time otherwise keep up the good builds!!

Officials servers have alot of restrictions that hold you back including structure limit on rafts

On Cue yes I’m on a nitrado, It’s the only setting I don’t know how to change

Badass build, but why does every youtuber I see use this method for sinking foundations? It takes longer and wastes materials. Better to use fence foundation-pillar-foundation
yup but with that, it can be hard to get the foundation to raise up a level from the perfect-surface level it starts at.
Thanks! It doesn't waste materials because you can just pick them back up and you can use that if you want to
I guess i just don't see the point in needing to raise it from the perfect surface level. That method has always been perfect for me and ive built some nice pirate ships using it. Ive never liked raising it higher cuz it tends to make it harder to grab to boats tiller

If you have a nirado server with the setting changed that is mentioned in the pinned comment then yes but single player or official can't be done
What is the max number of platforms on this, is it modified? Because it looks like more than 135

On Cue Atleast for 1 video ? Building systems on Mobile are kinda différents and you also have « GOD CONSOLE » to spawn whatever u want and lvl up ur creatures. We really need building tutorials for mobile too... there r none yet 😭

@@alancrak867 en los menús al inicio, donde seleccionas el mapa, del lado izquierdo, no recuerdo bien pero creo que es en la pestaña "avanzados" debe ser de las opciones de hasta el final (hasta abajo) no es una opción de casilla (cuadrito), recuerdo que es opción de dial (------I----), lo tienes que poner al máximo que te lo permita...
@@DarthAbzu ya la use pero esa opción solo me dejo ampliar el limite de estructuras para construir es decir que puedo poner las estructuras que quiera pero no deja que se aleje tanto de la plataforma del dinosaurio
