The fact that the Mosasaur is moving whilst building must have been so damn frustrating...
But didn't seem to stop you all too much, as the base looks freaking amazing.
Becaus of the fucking movements of the mosa i killed him with the admin blink rifle and i lost all

The building system in Ark is so messed up.
BUT…thank goodness for S+! Also, turn on the setting that lets you place blocks that clash with the ground and it's a lot better

It probably fills with water unfortunately. It would be nice to be able to hide your base underwater without worrying about oxygen levels.

S+ has a solution for that since water creatures cant destroy metal, only alphas.
Game is best played on a modded unoficial community, S+ is almost mandatory.
Not just that probably when you go underwater it wont even stay dry inside and when its pvp they only have to get under the mosa and kill it

They seemed like an afterthought but I'm happy he's put in the utility structures - vaults, generator etc.
While I am designing their placement is paramount. The form follows function, which creates flow while using it, but it's harder to design.

Love the concept but you should make one for taming purposes that would actually help while riding the mosa instead of block your vision. Or next you should do an underwater vacuum base because style is more your thing

KalebTLT I would actually, Its been my goal for a long time to make the best looking stuff as a functional pvp base/ plat build. Has worked a few times but obviously anything is raidable. I dont build " death walls " and shit like that. Looks stupid and just makes lag. Id rather have cool looking stuff I got to repair/ maintain than sit in my alpha base with a million spikes and bristled towers everywhere. Obviously I get blown up sometimes but meh

As cool as it is that you can do that and what you did with it, I gotta say I’d get sea sick after a while. Probably make the walls and stuff solid so you couldn’t see the outside waving around.

you should used vacuum boxes then remove alot of walls were you add all your structures in
cuz then your tribe and yourself can just have the base also activated on the bottom floor of the ocean.. and yes vacuum on mosa platform does work i tested it

I would make a modification and I would put a small door to go up right where the TEK generator is.
Note: That if you are on the map which has more people on the map / server and that is PVP.

In creative mode, it is unlimited. Otherwise yes you have to farm materials to build. Find a server that is boosted to make it a whole lot easier or just change your single player settings

I actually tried this method in pvp and I actually liked it I just built the walls and roofs with tek tho not glass I'm a duo tribe and I raid a mega tribe outpost and they never found me lol
