  • Have you noticed that your eyelids are uneven and droopy? In this video, I show a very simple exercise that you can do to even out droopy eyelids.
    Face and body symmetry became an obsession of mine over ten years ago when I was in a terrible car accident that left both my face and body out of alignment. As a result I didn’t like the way I looked and I started having headaches because my body was so out of balance.
    When some parts of your body get out of balance, it can affect the entire body! Think about it. If you close one eye and try to see things, what do you think your body does? If one side of your eye has droopy eyelids, or if you have uneven eyelids how would that affect your body?

    When I stumble across this I thought it was a whole load of bogus because I thought it was something you had to fix with sugery. However, a little intrigued with these methods I decided to try and holy moly it did work! I have a lazy eye, so that causes my eyelid to droop a little bit but after trying this for a while, on and off, it worked tremendously!

      I am about try this as I have drooping eyes but I wasn't sure it worked until I saw your commment. How often did you do this and after how long could you see some results? I'm happy it work for you!

      Hi, Sandra Jutestål​, I did it everyday almost for about, a week and a half, and noticed some subtle changes, so from then I did get a bit lazy haha so I did it on and off. Also you do have to bare in mind the severity of droopiness and skin type/condition may vary your results :)

    this works super well! I can feel the puffiness in my eye and after i do this exercise, it goes down a lot. my eyes look so much more even now. thank you!

      In your forties you should look pretty good. Not until 60's really do you notice bigger changes.

    Honestly you are such a life saver. I appreciate these videos so much because I'm always insecure of my little fine lines because im only 23, but I eat healthy and exercise so I thought I just had bad genes. After I've started doing these (it's only been three days but I used to watch your videos a lot just never found myself to do them) I can already tell a difference in my skin & it makes me view my skin so much differently!!     I am so pleased I found your channel. I tied the pose that you posted when you were in Barcelona. My sinuses always show under the eye but just doing the pose once, no more protruding sinuses. I have been doing all your exercises with fantastic results. Thank you for posting your methods.

    I fucking hate my hooded eyes, its like i am seem sleepy and tired all the time even tho i am fully awake and not tired. People often ask me 'is there anything wrong' because my fucking eyes look like i am about to cry any moment

    i wish i could alter my face but hey, nature decide to mess with humans in weird ass ways
    i don't see animals complaining hair, pimples, uneven face, or eyes, its just humans who give too much damn about their own face

      These exercises keep your eyes only open for a few moments
      and in not time, your eyes are back to being hooded and sad

    I did the eyebrow evening step first, working and fine tuning on it for about 6 months because I am forgetful and didn't always do it everyday but more in spurts. It totally worked and I have more even eyebrow control and even eyebrows. My resting brows are stil not totally symmetrical but they're close and I can easily make them symmetrical by thinking about it. Now I am excited to get my sleepier/lower lid up to par too!

      It did actually make a difference. It wasnt that big of a difference though. It only lifted my eye half way so you can still see the droop if that makes sense.... Sorry I cant really describe it

      Harshit Jain omfg.... that's what she said. At the first minutes after you do the exercises your eyelids will stay up but for permanent results you need to do it at least a month and try to do it everyday. It works but you need dedication.

      I had fucking rhinoplasty and now the leaning is wayyyy worse. Pretty tip, on a big fucking asymmetrical face. Think well before u do anything to your face.

    I tired it, but and it actually worked. BUT it didn't really make things better. I did it for about three or four months, and even though my eyelids are better now, my smile got a little asymetrical. This might have been my mistake, but this exercise strengthened my cheeks, not only eyelids. The side where I did these actually got puffier.
    But it might work for others.
    Now I am trying a different method, the eyelid tape one. You can find many tutorials about it on youtube, and some are done by people who show you this really works.

      Thanks for sharing! We are thrilled about your results. As far as the asymmetry, being aware of the facial muscles you are using is key! Here are some tips for you:
      1. Follow the instructions in each video *fully*, really pay attention
      2. Visualize and focus on the muscles you're using
      3. Make sure you're not using muscles you shouldn't, like the forehead when doing eye exercises
      4. Practice in front of a mirror until you're 100% confident you're doing it correctly
      5. Pay attention to your daily habits. For example, if you're doing neck & jawline exercises, but at night you're sleeping on a pillow that's too high and forms creases on your neck then that would be counterproductive.
      6. Drink enough water and moisturize

    im not wrinkling my forehead on purpose but pushing up on my eye with the fingers is creating folds. should I ignore it and do exercise anyway, or use my other hand to gently pull back from hairline above with [sort of] smooths them out?

      no, when she says the narrower eye, she means the one that is narrow because less eye is showing - because it's droopy.

    madam ......my right eye is situated more lower than my left eye....but when i open my eyes completely then my right eye becomes more bigger than the other.......then plz say to which eye should i do this exercise......plz reply madam.....iam depressed much

    When should I expect to approximately see a change in droopiness if I do this daily? Also, once I get the more droopy eyelid to match the other eye, should I start doing this exercise to both eyes to maintain eyelid firmness? If so, do I still do this exercise daily or will 3-4 times a week suffice?

      Hi Sandy! While results can vary and can depend on age, skin condition, and consistency in practice, most Yogis see results in as little as two weeks! ;) And as any exercise, consistency is key but even a few minutes a day will upkeep your results!
