No, she was saying it to Zenyatta, about someone else. The real question is, who did they find, and is this part of Talon's plan, or another sign that Sombra is running a separate agenda, and that she's doing so in league with Zenyatta and with Widow's assistance?

She's frequently told other characters that there are things they don't know that would change their perspective of certain people, but she doesn't say what they are, presumably thinking that they won't believe it coming from her. We know Sombra has her own agenda that is tangential to Talon's main goals and will likely conflict with them down the line. Widow choosing to align with Sombra over other members of the Talon council wouldn't be surprising. Genji wanting to talk to Zenyatta is prompted by the similarity between Ramattra's rhetoric and Zenyatta's teachings. To Sombra, that might be a link in the chain to solving the mystery of the entity that she's been hiding from half her life... an entity that could we be the original cause of Anubis going rogue...

For all we know, Mondatta's death could have been staged with the bot that Widow shot being remotely piloted, and *that's* who Sombra and Widow found for Zenyatta. Ramattra seems most likely, though...
When Talon said "we found him" they didn't mean Zenyatta, they meant Ramattra. To some degree Zenyatta had possibly made of deal somehow with Talon to find Ramattra. Not reason why they'd show the Ramattra leaving flashback and then show Talon saying "we found him" VERY OUT LOUD near Zenyatta if they weren't looking for Ram
Doomfist already talked to Ramattra saying his uprising would fail, but he helps Null sector to satisfy his own agenda of “strengthening humanity through conflict.”

I speculate that talon is looking for him via request of Ramattra, Ramattra is part of talon, and at the end of the ironclad ending cutscene Ramattra tells Zen that they will meet again.
Very plausible, and makes the most sense. The only thing Ramattra truly cares about is keeping his people safe and able to protect themselves, and Zenyatta is his brother, so it makes sense that they'd use the person closest to him to rein him in.
As a Zenyatta main. I find it amazing that Zeb is finally getting a spotlight since he really hasnt done much for the lore besides teach Genji and help out Symmetra in that one comic

Ramattra left the monetary and built the Null sector and joined forces with Doomfist(Tallon) it could be that Ramattra wants to enslave him as he has done with many other omnics. The new storyline shows the brainwashing. And there is a voice line in the game(I believe can't remember where I heard it) where someone said how he wanted peace yet he forced his own kind to fight against their will. He responded that it had to be done for peace.

Maybe if Zen is in acquaintance with overwatch, he can reason with Ramattra and that can slow down or even bring down Null Sector, or change it to a different stance. Talon may already see that and could use zenyatta as ransom for overwatch or to build a connection with null sector (this is just based off my knowledge of the game, haven’t really gone too deep with lore or any of the invasion missions, but to me it makes sense)

I’m thinking Zenyatta might be able to Talk Romatra out of his campaign against the humans. If he does that, then the war will possibly grind to a halt, and Talon’s business IS war. If they can at least keep the two away from each other, then the war continues indefinitely.
I really, doubt zen would sacrifice himself. Blizzard would more realistically sacrifice a character like reinhardt or soldier who are characters in that final mission point in their life. Rein whos only purpose he has left was taking care of torbs kids and waiting for overwatch to call them back and soldier whos just trying to do right by what he couldn't fix before. Thematically those two dying make far more sense, with the soldier dying knowing that heroes still exist and hope remains, or rein coming over his racism-inducing trauma and accepting omics for who they are as well as dying the hero because he's shown he cant accept a normal life the same way torb has.

Null Sector do what they do by choice, sacrificing Zenyatta wouldn't solve anything. Zenyatta needs to be found in order to understand Ramattra.
