All you have to do is get a speaker around the same size and solder it to the two pins that are close together and it will work. Did one today in fact. You don’t have to pull the cluster all apart.
I've replaced my speaker twice. I opened it up and soldered my replacement speaker directly to the terminals off the board. The factory is 1/2 watt speaker make sure to get at least a 1watt and it should last longer.

Thanks for your video but where are the back lights bulbs sometimes l can’t see on the dark time the speedometer because there’s no enough bright

I need a glass, I tried to drill a hole on the top to get moisture out!
Had to cut plastic at top on the donor and unrolled plastic got the glass and reinstalled with hot glue! Success
