Yes, only the West, especially the U.S. For someone who used to think highly of the U.S., what the U.S. has been doing disgust me to the max. I met a colleague who has been living in the U S. for 30+ yrs also shared my sentiments. He no longer trusts the U.S. and is planning to move back to China.

I agreed with Ms. Hung Hsiu-chu💐🤝❤️ ..Although I was only visited Beijing few days in May 2024, I saw Beijing had completed changed itself and had a great "face-lift" ..This is only if and if one had visited China 🇨🇳 more a decade ago to be able to see the changes nowadays especially the air quality which was even better than in Los Angeles that still have smoky foggy airs due to congested traffic conditions with pollution of carbon monoxide ..PERIOD..

For the past years, the DPP-led government of the exiled government of the Republic of China (ROC) in Taiwan has been spending too much time, effort, and money on promoting Taiwan's independence, causing a high rate of unemployment, inflation, and disinvestment. China should now make an official announcement to encourage the people of Taiwan to relocate to China with their household registration.

@@Sean-giang No. When an ROC citizen in Taiwan relocates his residency with the registration of a household registration in China, he becomes a Chinese citizen. He can work and do what is legally entitled to him as a Chinese citizen. Even if the ROC citizen does not relocate his residency, he can work in China, do business, and buy and own property with his Taiwan Compatriot Card.

I think if china continue to educate Taiwan youth, It will become very easy for the transition of unity. The only obstacle is fear of the unknown, that's what making the hold back for Taiwan people, if things are clear that unity is all but advantage no bloodshed will be needed. Its basically interest because they feel they are not foreign. But they have the feeling of their root from the mainland.
