Great video. Thank you for the inspiration. Would this technique work for F3 fleece? Do you need any additives? I've seen some instructions which recommend white vinegar or salt but I've no idea why.
A bit late to the party but I have a few questions. I just bought some polar fleece for my cosplay but the colors are much less vibrant than what they are on the website. Can I use paint to increase the vibrance of the colors? (In my case i have a brown/dark beige fabric and I want to give it a more orangy look)
Yes! Dye your fleece a base color like yellow. Empty the dye pot and put in your next color let’s say orange. Dip the portion of the fleece you want the other color in the bath and remove it slowly. The longer it stays in the deeper the color.
I don't know about Miss Piggy, but I know that you can dye natural colored foam. www.tiktok.com/@swazzlepuppetstudio/video/6879783033541610757?lang=en&is_copy_url=0&is_from_webapp=v1&sender_device=pc&sender_web_id=6880320796910175750

Give it a try. We’ve never had success dying polar fleece.
Do you have any recommendations if I wanted to ombre dye or gradient dye antron fleece?

What are those gloves called? Or what type of gloves are you using :)
Chemical gloves.
Could you use the same process on your foam puppet ie Miss Piggy?
