I always found it interesting that on this show the women always got to sit on an upholstered, button-tufted chair whereas the men had to sit on a drab black vinyl or leather folding seat. What was up with that?
Men liked having “masculine” chairs, and of course, women were seated in a softer, more feminine chair. Why? Are you suddenly jealous that women were treated differently than men? Because the men back then had no problem with it.

Back then women were more valued as they should be.
