Ramee being a lawyer is so funny. I'm assuming the bar exam is very very basic and RP mostly. Some of the things he says are so incorrect or not even true but he says it with so much confidence and arrogance that it's hilarious. Like when he says his client is willing to charge them with disturbing the peace, etc., a civilian can't press charges like that and it's up to the prosecutor to press charges at all times. The only thing he can legally file against another person are lawsuits. Obviously representing a client in trials or interrogations, etc as well but I love how he acts like he is the one who chooses to press charges lol. You can ask to press charges and file the reports on battery, murder, etc. but the prosecution is still the one who actually chooses to files the charges. When someone gets into a bar fight irl and says they don't want to press charges against their drunk friend, it's moot since what the victim wants is very rarely considered when prosecution is determining the charges to file.
I was a lawyer in a different server. The questions were pretty basic. I did need to do some research and took it somewhat seriously trying to learn SOPs. The DOJ wasn't very advanced so I basically only negotiated with cops to help crims get less charges.

Seen so many people trying to justify what Esfand did, and after watching both POVs there's no way to justify it. He can hear them perfectly clear, he wasn't inside the Sr. Buns, there wasn't much noise going on around him, you can see the two coming up to him, Jean Paul's voice is perfectly audible... He NVL'd and Fail RP'd hard and then still took JP and Benji to jail. Dude needs a stern warning on this AT LEAST, and more appropriately a multi-day ban. This is the third time in 48 hours that his fail rp has been detrimental to other character's rp. People are also trying to cope saying he's not a seasoned role-player, but he spent many hours on 3.0 as cornwood and now he's back and has been playing most days. He's had plenty of time to learn how it works.
but the cornwood class had abilities off cooldown so he could mitigate the threat like a fucking WOW dungeon

Esfand needs to be temp banned or he will keep doing this stuff. Yesterday he hopped in drivers seat of a criminals car to stop them from escaping.
He should just not be allowed to go on chases/chase pings imo. He's perfect just walking around pretending to be a cop as his character is so good but i think he jumps to their griefing/being shit lords just way too easily. You could tell with the x shit he was over it n its like bub that rp scenero isnt for you, its for the crims more often then not so just dont do it.
I shouldn't say perfect but u know what i mean as theres several hilarious clips he's been involved in but yeah him nvl was bad but i could also kind of get his frustrations but he sadly tried defending his actions rather then being like oh i fucked up so yeah perhaps he does need a temp ban.

@@xecor4450 okay, I say that and i dont watch him or whoever the other guys were. without an actual hostage function its way too easy to have an oopsie like that. by the time someone says "don't move" a button could have already been pressed and the whole situation started. In reality what should have happened is the clown says don't move, the cop moves, the clown stabs and downs the cop. their threat was empty and for that they got shot. they both had more than enough time to both stab him but they hesitated. they were both just looking at him for about 5 seconds not doing anything.

because you cant rp as a fat man who has heart attacks then turn into john wick whenever you want, he has to play his character to the proper standards, even other cops rp properly and if they get caught in this situation they dont go john wick mode and start jumping and rolling all over the place

This is role play, not irl. The server has rules on being held up. If you don't understand that, there's no point in discussion with you.
@@Skoden710 the cornroll is his signature move. Also he was only "rping" heart attacks because his character is bugged and goes down for no reason.
When someone stands behind you with a knife and says "don't move" they are holding you up with a knife against your throat. It does not look like that in game, but this is RP where realistic interactions are prioritized over game mechanics. Yes in GTA q knife will lose to a gun in that situation, but getting a knife to your throat in real life would make you unable to move and jump away like cornwood did.
