Flathead & Bream - Catch n Cook (Cornflake Crumbed)

On this adventure I head up north with my good mate Ethan. On this awesome trip we manage to catch a few Barb-Tailed Flathead on soft plastics. After catching them we show you how to cook them up coated in cornflake crumbs. They tasted amazing!

Great catch, Miller! I think Ethan sort of outdid you though. LOL
And some really fine eating, too. I love them battered and fried like that with either corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs. It gives them a great flavor and that added crunch, and it helps to keep them moist inside. My absolute favorite fish would have to be Mangrove Snapper, followed pretty closely by Grouper. Yummy stuff, either way.
