      It's important to stay informed about changes in regulations and their impacts on supplements. While the FDA does regulate supplements, it typically focuses on safety and efficacy rather than banning specific products.
      Have you encountered any other challenges or concerns regarding supplements for kidney health? What kinds of products or strategies have you found helpful in managing creatinine levels?

      @PureNutrition101 none of these things are banned .... but yes they tell them to avoid. My mom had ckd in hospital they kept feeding her non diabetic non ckd foods like beef and potatoes loaded with salt. She was eating blueberries and the " nutritionist" came in and said oh you shouldn't be eating those. Blueberries are also amazing for kidneys and for so many other things. One of the best advices on herbs and supplements. At 76 I've used all these herbs and supplements for decades. Cloves, cinnamon and stevia are a part of my daily espresso. Only proviso requiring research I would suggest is for NAC, especially for those who have suffered "Long Covax"...
    I would add Burdock, Wild Carrot seed (Daucus) and Schisandra for vigorous kidney health. And don't forget Vitamin C for cleansing the blood of waste materials.

    • @peterkubaska3118

      @@SandyCheeks63564 researchers have found that some covax (long haul covid/vaccine) victims are predisposed to turbocancers and auto-immune reaction that NAC could make worse. I've used quercetin-bromelain to eliminate spike protein and nattokinase to dissolve the new covax white blood clots that have been found only in those who have received the booster after two covid mrna jabs. See Dr. John Campbell in UK for coverage. The experimental mrna vaccines derange the body's normal mrna synthesis of protein -- in other words proteins that construct everything the human body is made of. No initial testing before vaccine mandates...

As of yet no kidney problems. I just ordered my first instance of NAC. I don't want to sit in a chair attached to a machine 8 hours a day every other day. Wheelchair restriction is quite enough. On the coffee part, I won't be adding anything to my coffee. I enjoy coffee flavored coffee. Black French Roast or Sumatra thank you :-) Thanks so much for this life prolonging information. The FDA does not do any independent testing of medications.
    What they do is allow companies to do their own testing and then submit that to the FDA to get their medications approved and the FDA does zero follow up to see if that testing is accurate or true.

    My grown child’s friends are dying of kidney failure in the late 20’s and early 30’s. One friend with kidney failure went to an integrative doctors office for a second opinion and began using food and supplement strategies and fasting . He survived and is alive and well completely changing his life ! My dad was on the border line of kidney symptoms from being diabetic and with A1c of 9.5 . 15 years ago I changed his eating and lifestyle and now his A1c went down to 6.3 . He’s over 96 and he eats potassium rich foods in balance . I also switched him to an integrative dr . It’s worth learning all the confusing info you can on these channels and use anchient time tested remedies that allowed our human race to reach 2024 ! The natural remedies are impossible to test because there’s no profit and it cost $1 million dollars to do an trial study . Just try other things slowly .

      I started writing it but it’s taking up too much space . So the basics are to
      cook veg well in stew and use the trifecta in every meal (onions carrots celery parsley at the end )
      The stews need tumeric garlic a bit of ginger sage rosemary thyme . Avoid bitter tastes and salt. Use sea salt on the meal strategically to help the flavors . But this is individual to the energy output as is the ability to masticate and digest fats and sugars from the starches . It could take time to learn to digest and eliminate . Stews are all animal protein circulated . Beans and starchy stews are avoided but cycled in every few weeks as a tiny portion to prevent gas build up because motility decreases and we avoid constipation by NOT using raw veg or foods that have high starch content . I thought about making a video to save this knowledge so others can try it but it’s hard . I made a bunch of videos of the meals and habits and exercises but that’s as far as I got . He can easily go into a slump and pain can return but the methods I use are preventing all that from ever coming back. He has not had any respiratory or gastric or abdominal pain or trigger finger or eye issues in 7 years . Walks faster than me at certain times . The main thing is avoid bulk and keep having tasks to stand up and do with hands that also provide short bursts and steady but gentle deep lung breaths . And don’t run to the ER for every loose fart . Learn what activates a cell death and learn to regenerate . No eating 2 hours before laying down

    Your justification of low phosphorous absorbability is suspect. The problem is not with the absorption of phosphorus, but with the disposal of the excess unabsorbed phosphorous by the body. The kidneys have to undergo higher levels of stress and strain to remove the excess ingested phosphorous, hence the avoidance of high phosphorus foods.

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Are you supposed to mix everything including the coffee together (as 1 drink) or are they supposed to be separate (2 separate cups)? Maybe that's just a glass of water with a slice of orange or lemon in it next to the coffee cup that has the whole mixture in it but I don't want to do this incorrectly. I would greatly appreciate it if you or someone could let me know.

    Why would you need to lower your creatinine level? Creatinine does not harm the kidneys. It's used to determine filtration rate and might indicate problems with filtration, but creatinine itself is not harmful.

    • @PureNutrition101
      @PureNutrition101  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You make a great point! Creatinine itself is not harmful; it’s actually a waste product from muscle metabolism and is used as an indicator of kidney function. High levels can suggest that the kidneys aren’t filtering effectively, which can lead to further complications if not addressed.
      It's important to manage overall kidney health rather than just focusing on creatinine levels. Have you found any specific methods or lifestyle changes that have helped you or someone you know maintain kidney health? Your insights could be helpful for others navigating similar concerns!
