As you can see the sled isn’t loaded up too much… we only had to borrow weights from the nearest two gyms otherwise we just strap dj up to the f450 with the parking engaged. Work with whatcha got.
Completed the workout today after watching the video. Fascinating stuff. Brilliantly programmed. Really enjoy it as well as the other fitness related content being produced by your team. Thank you! Onward!
Spot on. Hadn’t tried a single leg dumbbell row before, and it exposed a big hip imbalance of mine. Thank you for the free content! Looking yoked lately Vernon 👍
just watched the Full Rotational Training Day vid I cant wait to implement it I just turned 50 and realize the importance of stretching and core training after a left and right rotator cuff surgery and an ACL surgery thank you
Great videos guys. Keeps me motivated and moving forward. As a guy who’s had lots of Injury’s from sports and work this is key to being able to continue doing all the activities I love. Thanks so much guys. Keep it coming and I’ll keep spreading the word.
Your videos have been popping up on my feed more recently and I must say, the attention to detail and your knowledge has made me an instant fan and subscriber! Please keep the videos coming!
This is exactly the type of training I need. Functional training was never in my repertoire. I've lost so much range of motion over the years by just bodybuilding alone. Thank you for "enlightening" me.
I’m in the army I’ve been doing bodybuilding/powerlifting exercises for so long without realizing how little it actually benefits my job. You get strong and look good but functional training is where it’s at it’s so much more rewarding and you feel wayyy better
@@vernongriffith4 the first time I did those was with Coach Phil DARU a few years back after I had stem cell in my hip. Been following your stuff for a bit now and you’re putting out great information 👊🏼 Keep up the great work
This is the program I use, at 51 and i love that we are working on strength and flexibility at the same time. And my wife is not upset about it at all....
When I went to visit my son in Coronado, he and all the TGs had enormous legs. Like ungodly to the point my wife made a comment and she never says anything about anyone’s physique. He’s been out for a bit, but his legs are still huge. No disrespect, but why are his legs so small?
I don’t see anything that screams gear. Like He is pretty big and lean, but traps are normal, shoulders are big but.. normal. But with age and prior stresses I’d be willing to bet trt.
Most of the special operations community are on performance enhancement drugs. Retired guy took a lot of damage during GWOT so if he's on it, he probably needs it for recovery and replacement therapy. He earned it
