Sydney SYD to Los Angeles LAX with United Airlines in Economy Plus

- We flew to Sydney from Copenhagen via Bangkok and its now, after some wonderful days in Sydney and surroundings, time to go back home. We continue to fly eastward and we fly United Airlines to Los Angeles in Economy Plus (not the same as premium) and after about 7 hours at LAX we continue with Scandinavian Airlines to Copenhagen. This means we will fly around the globe for the first time.
Flight time is suppose to be about 13 hours to Los Angeles but this flight will be longer and more dramatic than expected due to a person got ill shortly after take off and we had to do a medical emergency landing at SYD. We hope the person got well.
Unfortunately it was a bit of a challenge to film on this flight , one windows was all dirty and the second one had a bright yellow tint!
The flights are paid with SAS Eurobonus points, which are eligible for Star Alliance

Rotten luck- two medical emergencies.
How cheapo of United to not offer you meal choices. One reason that I would not fly them, And no Australian shiraz?
Unless there’s no choice I avoid all U.S. carriers. I think they’re getting a bit better particularly Delta but still have a long way to go to catch up with the best from Europe/Middle East/Asia.
I'll take Sinfapore AIr oe Quantas over United! 3-3-3.
I think it's a mistake in this video. United Dreamliners are 3-3-3 as well.
@@stewartmarler1416 Yes my bad. The United 787 Dreamliner has 3-3-3- configuration. I was a little in a hurry putting together this video, sorry!
