That pink case is a nice option for a unique build. I have liked the shades of pink for a long time. If I could get my Cooler Master HAF XB Evo in a hot pink color - I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
I have flipped a few computers and failed miserably, usually taking a loss or breaking even, but recently found success in 2 commissions where there was a much healthier profit. I must say the aesthetics of this computer are insane and is good inspiration for anything in the future. $1000 would be ambitious for me as i have stuck around the $500 range. I see that aliexpress has 7500f cpus for $130 and considered pickup one up for an am5 build.
I understand your pain!! The only reason I built this one is because I had someone reach out to me for a specific build. Normally I stay in the budget section.
Some brands of PSU manufactures that make Semi or Fully modular PSU's will lable both ends of the cables. Seasonic lables the end that plugs into the PSU with PSU on it and the other end of the cable is labeled with the part it's meant to be plaugged into. Standard psu's that have all of the cables permanently attached might have the end that plugs into your components labeled. I like to use only 1 brand of psu's because I olny use fullymodular PSU's and that allows me to just unplug the cables that attach to the psu itself - so I can swap between psu's without having to do a re-install the cables to the components and just plug them into the new PSU. You can only do that if you use the same brand of PSU's each time. Different brands can and will have the internal wires donfigured differently then other brands and if you mix different brands of cables and psu's together it can be very bad and cause your components to get fried and that can maybe cause a elctrical fire which would be extremely bad to deal with. The brand I prefer is Seasonic.
I've found using a Mini Electric Screwdriver Set with a set of interchangable bits more efficent for me. The set would normally have a Magnitizer / De-Magnitizer included in the set. Some of the sets have a screwdriver that hsa multiple settings for the speed of the screwdriver itself. The kits that have a screwdriver that is only one speed , seems to be a good speed for building pc's with. I've haven't had any issues with the screwdriver being too fast or have too much torque. Most of the electric srewdrivers have a built-in light - which I have found very useful.
I would honestly take the leftover 24 pin clips for the cable extensions and count to 16 and cut the 17th hole thingy so it looks like one big cable for the gpu. I think it’s cleaner that way. Other than that, that pc looks great, my youngest sister would love to have it (honestly I’d give her a 4 core 8 thread pc cuz I know she does not stream and edit videos)
I’ve always thought about doing that. But the 24 pin only comes with like 4. But I might try that next time. I just have a hard time going 4 cores and 8 thread for gaming right now.. it’s tough because of all the great budget CPUs out there
As a pc tech this was a pretty good video good job man, just one critique. Please do not use the whole tube of thermal paste. You only need a peas size dot right in the middle. If it overflows and gets into your cpu socket it can easily stop your pc from functioning properly or turning on at all. It also makes cleanup a female dog.
I agree. But I’ve never had those little packets overflow before. But I should have clarified that in case someone is using their own tube of thermal paste. Thanks for the critique!
Your CPU is going to be used more at 1080p it will be fine you’ll have a smooth experience. The 12600KF is normally not much more expensive I’d recommend that one
@@MMillerPCs Not to be bitching but if you intend to "educate" people that are most likely building their first PC or looking for parts you should show how to do it right, or at least mention you mounted the fans 'incorrectly' with looks as a priority. Fan orientation can make a large difference in dual chamber builds

Yeah some of them are cool!

Thanks for this well done video.
@@johnpaulbacon8320 thank you for engaging with it so much!

I just haven’t found an electric one with a strong enough magnet for me. It will barely hold onto a screw
Good job like always 😊
Thank you!!

Good vid, your hand looks about as steady as Michael J Fox tho.
@@kanegavel3808 😂😂😂 that’s why I’m not a surgeon and bad at video games

Can somebody tell me how much this would be in the uk
Is the b550 you linked micro atx?
Yes it is b550m - the “m” At the end is micro atx. It’s the same one I used in the video just not the open box
is 12400f good with 7700xt 1080p gaming ?
It would pretty much be the intel version of the cpu he used so I feel like it should be decent
Your CPU is going to be used more at 1080p it will be fine you’ll have a smooth experience. The 12600KF is normally not much more expensive I’d recommend that one
Yes but I did focus on 1440p which can take a little of the load off the CPU
What about games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Catz? Do they work good on here?
As long as you dont want Ray tracing its solid
As for gaming - the best choice for Cpu's is the Ryzen 7 7800X3D hands down. Not even the Higher end AMD or Intel Cpu's beat it.
Yes it’s definitely a beast
All the case fans appear to be set to exhaust.
The top fans are intake. Which makes very little difference in this type of build. And it looks a little nicer.

Not trying to educate; merely an observation.
