No one ever discusses the flexibilty of the Dont bets ! What your saying is in most cases the Dont is Not a contract bet like the Pass Line and Come Bets?... So informative !
Great video again. Very well explained great detail. Try the same thing but instead press the number So 25 dont pass bet 12 6 and 8 If a 6 is rolled collect then move it to the right for a 24 8. Or vice versa
I often incorporate a blended strategy based on the table temperature and shooters. Most players go out after 6 rolls or so. I play the right side up to 7 rolls then pull everything down and go with 2 or 3 DC bets of $75 each with lay odds of 3 to 6X my bet depending on the point and my bankroll.
Another "old dog" who got lucky on the pass line and come 40 years ago who's getting his eyes opened. Thankfully my mind is open to evaluating all your toolbox ideas and liking them.
I like playing the Donts on true random rollers who just pick up dice and toss without any setting. So I would never pick up any dont bet, but pickup place bets cause they cant hit them!! Thanks. Great educational video!! Previous comments sounded to harsh but you can lose any bet!

@555 that's something I have seen quite a bit myself. I do think that for most of them the aggressive nature of that style causes huge swings, which in turn puts them "on tilt" and they can no longer use what throwing skill they have.
Don't stratagies can be frustrating and can be a loser when everyone else is winning. I don't like playing not to lose. Last time, about a year ago, I played the Don't. The combs out roll was five 7's, an 11 then two more 7's in a row. Not a fun day.
Yeah I know that stuff can happen and it seems like that's a common horror story, but again I feel like we only remember the bad and not the 40 shooters in a row the set a point just to never hit it. I agree the Dont isnt for everyone, but I dont look at it as playing not to lose, I look at it as playing the 7. Thanks for the insight Greg, I know a lot of people feel like you do about the dont.
@@wagermethis I used to like a hedge to invest strategy. Depending on the point, bet the point to break even and invest the rest to make money. 4/10 are best points. 6/8 being the worst to have money to put to work.
@@snewogerg yeah, hedge to invest in my opinion is not a stand alone strategy. I used to think it was, but I prefer it as a strategy "tool" as I have said here.

Ok, while I do like the idea you present, it creates more ways to lose. Each DC would create loser #s. So I haven't ran it, but I think you will lose more playing 3 DCs as opposed to just playing the 6 and 8 as winners. Best case scenario with 4 donts you have 14 losing combos. And only 6 winning. In my version you have 16 winners and only at worst 5 losers. Plus the place bets can repeatedly generate winners while DCs are stuck.

I hedge 11 @ 15 to 1
You day: they let you take down your don't. Question: do they let you add to the flat bet or do you need to increase it via odds? thx!

Don’t like your ‘don’t 5 or 9’? Just place it for the same amount of your don’t bet and you cannot lose money. Roll for another don’t number.

Hedge the even numbers with a hard way bet
Does doing that give you an edge over the casino?
