Floor 2 must be my favorite floor ever, there was no better feeling than the respite feeling of unlocking a floor for the first time. Maybe rn sb2 is a stupid grinding simulator game, but back then, getting a simple kill of f1 boss and survive, was something rare. Back in 2017 when I beat f1, getting on floor 2 was just different. It felt like if the f1 was nothing compared to this one, and that just happened. The floor was totally different, red, huge, and beautiful. It felt rewarding to just stand there and watch while listening to the music. Sadly the only things that remains in f2 are the memories and this beautiful song.
This gives me sunset vibes, whenever I am walking outside and there's the orange sky, I think of this song and the memories it's given me. I wish to play it with that one person again. I miss it

The introduction of floor 2 was amazing imo. Showing off Floor 2’s Red Grove against Floor 1’s Green Woodlands while completely throwing off the player with its oversized batch of garden themed foes and a complicated labyrinth on top of that?! It was a great first experience for me and SB2 nailed it!
As you walk down the decrepit path you realize how minute your worries and anxieties are. You feel free and relaxed as you look around, the untamed grass and the yellowing trees under the grace of autumn seem so tranquil. Life finally feels enjoyable, you stopped pursuing the things out of your control. You are truly living again.

@@iternai3872 For me, I started in my elementary school 4th grade, I loved this game and stood up playing past 12am, Doesn’t seem such a late time now that we are all grown up more and probably slowly getting depressed. I continued grinding until 7th grade in middle school, everything went downhill and my life just got pretty dark, I still enjoyed online school while on the phone with friends but it didn’t hit the same as in the past. Until 2020 happened and my roblox account got banned for “adult content” even though it wasn’t really true. I had my alt from 2016 and just started over and decided to grind swordburst 2 again all over, I did this when I was in my freshmen year because I genuinely still enjoyed the game, made me feel home. Eventually I got banned from swordburst 2 for “exploiting” when its not even true, many people have been banned for no reason too. At the end, I can be pretty upset that I lost everything in swordburst 2, but hearing this song reminds me of this one girl I loved to be with, unfortunately she never liked me back.

It's pretty sad to see what happened to this game since the "revamps" and other cabbages. Almost all I have left is simply the great memories I have from playing. Such an amazing experience I shared with friends and family as a young child. Playing this game as a child taught me critical thinking and an adventurous creativity. Even with the new game releasing, I don't think anything will ever hit the same as playing this on a 2018 night with my friends.
When u and other 10 friends you made along the way in floor 1 2017 finally beat the boss and then yall teleport to this place to die alot again, this is how it feels.... 2:12 God, i feel old.

I played swordburst 3 and reached redveil valley and it took about 3 seconds before i realised the songs were the same but remixed. After all these years i still remember this exact melody… nostalgia hits different…
Dude Gialite blew my mind with that remix, it felt really fit with the introduction of Katanas too. SB3’s Redveil Valley resembles the feeling F2 had when unlocking it.

this game really fell off. it lost its difficulty, its massively scaled worlds, and the feeling of adventure, i wish i could experience the old swordburst 2 again and explore the maps as they were first intended to be explored, but now theres nothing to explore, theres only 1 or 2 paths you can take. at this moment, levels 1-8 have been changed, any level beyond that has been untouched, and i cherish every moment i play on those levels
I don't mind the smaller worlds, but I wish the maze of floor 2 could have been shrunk and simplified instead of removed. I also wish this game was less grindy and more skill-based. Hate the fact that it's almost impossible to beat any enemies without any good armour, which also needs to be farmed.
Ikr. I kinda feel like there might be a number of reasons. For example, dungeons are rewarding and help us level up faster, discouraging the need to explore open world and feel adventurous. Also, world zero is much easier than sb2 so each world just feels like you're speed running rather than savoring the moment and watching the beautiful scenery.

They “revamped” the floors but instead made they more easier and smaller, the point was to explore, not rush the whole game in under a day
