Don't forget we drafted Javon Foster OT in the 4th round (2024) and he was pretty good in college, all - sec senior year. He could figure into next years OL mix. Great analysis as always!
I feel like the pick is Abdul Carter or Will Johnson at 5. Watched Carters highlights and the dudes get off and bend is INSANE. Never pass on an elite pass rusher
Love your content Jordan, though if we take a RB I do want to trade back. As good as he is, doubt anyone in the top 10 would take him besides the Cowboys. Much rather have Warren, Carter, or Graham. Though number 1 is Will Johnson
Kirk cut makes sense from a Financial standpoint for sure. However, in terms of trying not to "break" Trevor, I think we would need to add Tee Higgins to add some familiarity if Trevor is losing (arguably) his best friend on and off the field.
So far, I like this one, but I do think they should consider Harold Fanin Jr in the second round if he’s still there. Would be great depth if Engram gets hurt again. Can be used in a similar way.
@ I agree about the theme of your mock today. I honestly haven’t looked at many of your mocks lately due to work, but I love your content man. I think it’d be fun to join you on a show for a full 7 round mock draft. Even more fun if we coordinated with UCF Jaguar and Cadillac Cats to do it. But I’d be willing to do one with just the two of us if you like.
@ Also, my most recent mock simulation I was working on PFN’s website kept crashing, but my most recent attempt got me Aston Jeanty, Jonah S (the OT/G you selected in yours, and Fanin in round 3. How he fell that far, idk but I think if he did, it’d be a no brainer at 69. This particular site has Marcus Mbow as a 5th rounder.
Love it. I like the proposed off-season plan, but if you are going to focus on the run game in the draft. There needs to be a trade or free agent acquisition to go with it. Maybe the Jags take a shot at Josh Palmer if he doesn't resign with the Chargers or see if Seattle might make a trade. I know he sorta underperforms but I can just imagine DK and BTJ on the field together. Actually he is one of my favorite trades in Madden. But as much as I love Jeanty it's a deep running back draft. I would keep the 2nd and 3rd picks and take Wil Johnson assuming Hunter is definitely off the board. Although I don't hate Mason Graham either
I’d be great w either! Ben Johnson still at the top for me though. Whoever it is will have plenty of hurdles to overcome but also a decent set up with ownership, QB, WR
I hope they can get a player that be dominant at their position regardless of position. Jeanty definitely fits into that category for me so does Mason Graham. Who else in the 1st round is really standing out to you?
wouldnt mind jeanty…the best jag years had great/good rb’s (taylor, mjd, fournette) …would rather address idl at 2nd rd to get some push/stop the run and pair with smith
If Jaguars sign Trey Smith to a humongous contract. You know what happens. Vacation time. Better to draft young o lineman who are hungry to get that major dinero. Trey Smith was drafted in the 6th round which is an example that quality o line can be found other than the first round or expensive free agents.
Appreciate the shoutout! I’m seeing your vision now with Marcus Mbow, he could be the center prospect this draft desperately needs.
💪

could u please put pictures in next time?

Yeah, again, this is just an example of the Jags going all in on the physicality and grit aspect
A RB drafted in the top 5? Come on man.
He is once in a lifetime athlete
Justin Reed Javon holland Trey smith
Travis hunter #1 if not cb from michagan rnd 2 isaha bond
What about faninn jr and we cut or trade engram

Ollie Gordon rb1 there in round 3 !!
What about cam RB to the jaguars that’s would be so awsome
Do you think we go after Will Johnson at the number 5 pick Jordan ? And I love your content by the way
Higgins or... Oronde Gadsen😅 @ 94.
I do like the idea of continuing to bolster the TE room and Gadsen is one I like for sure.
lol offense in the first 3 rounds is crazy
The fact that our Oline wasn’t bad this past year, they not drafting 2 in the first 3 rounds
How do you feel about Skattabo alongside Jeanty? Ive heard people talk about Skat being like Maurice Jones Drew
Mojo: fast Skat: slow
But yes as a day three pick for sure
@GenJag I think the comparison was more of the relentless and always leaning forward type run style
So far, I like this one, but I do think they should consider Harold Fanin Jr in the second round if he’s still there. Would be great depth if Engram gets hurt again. Can be used in a similar way.
Yeah he’s fun but didn’t really fit my grit theme today. I do think Ben Johnson would get the most out of him though so it would be a fit

so we won 4 games and you think its best to take a back up guard with Future starting potential with the 2nd pick???
count me out
There is only one way jax can MESS UP with the first pick SELECTING HB
DUUUVAL 💪🏾 💯
No way in he** you pass up on Graham to take a RB 🤣🤣🤣 WHAT?! RB in 1st round? With all our needs?!
Liam Coen or Aaron Glenn for me
I’d be great w either! Ben Johnson still at the top for me though. Whoever it is will have plenty of hurdles to overcome but also a decent set up with ownership, QB, WR
Who you tellin
Haha
Jeanty all day
2 RB's is the most regarded thing I could imagine for this team. Love the OL picks, but RB is probably the least area of need on the team.
Yeah, that's pretty regarded
If we want Detroit style toughness, I’d prefer trading down and getting Tyler Warren. Would help Trevor in many dimensions
I’m here for that, trading down form 5 might be challenging in this class but you never know!
I hope they can get a player that be dominant at their position regardless of position. Jeanty definitely fits into that category for me so does Mason Graham. Who else in the 1st round is really standing out to you?

I think I’d rather take a guard next season and draft Deone Walker in the 2nd round
Walker is such an enigma! So much talent but such bad tape overall
I would really like to get Tyler Warren and Jayden Higgins in the draft then Trevor has two targets he knows will come down with the ball one on one.
Fasho I love that
If we can't get warren what about faninn jr
Jags need a quarterback ..Trevor's a back up at best

He fell due to a medical condition he was supposed to be a day 2 pick.
@FLGAJAXJ that's baalke s specialty. Finding hidden gems recovering from injury. Baalke will find the next trey smith.
@@mattjones1378 um who has Baalke drafted that has fallen in that category?
@@FLGAJAXJ maason smith is gonna one of the top interior d lineman soon
@@mattjones1378 he had a bad first year when comparing him to other top 50ish DT picks
This sounds like something the lions would do let’s make it happen
Don't like this mock draft running back first round yeah he crazy
