5? Thats the age i beat my first Zelda game as well! I beat Ocarina of Time, and have been a HUGE fan of the gerudo since then. Now i’m 14, and i not only created my own holiday for the gerudos, (Nabooru day, May 11th) but i ALSO SPEAK FLUENT GERUDO, which is called Ehenihv. Goes to show starting early never hurts!
Rozen and Eric Buchholz have also come up with a couple of great renditions of the Gerudo Valley theme (along with other Ocarina Of Time tracks), and Theophany has arguably the greatest Majora's Mask tribute in his two Time's End albums.
Sit back and bask in the glory of your achievement. Soak in everyone’s high praise. Know that you really have brought joy to many of us. This exceeds my already high expectations. Just like Chrono Cinematica is by far my favorite Chrono Trigger tribute album, this is also by far my favorite Zelda tribute album. Most of the time I can’t even tell it’s symphonic as it feels like a full orchestra. There’s so much love and emotion conveyed in your choice of arrangements. From the depths of my heart, thank you for making this. I can’t wait to back whatever is next. I know it will be of the highest quality.
Oh wow.... I always loved this piece. It gave a little break from the sad tones of Ocarina of Time, making it feel more like a classic adventure game for this segment. I never thought it could get better, and here you are making it into a godlike masterpiece.
You really have musical talent! This composition is incredible! No two parts are exactly identical and I love that! It breathes life color! I really want to dance to this (like a full choreography)!
I come back to your channel after a year away... And I am instantly reminded why I subscribed.... Fucking eargasms all around. Sharing your channel as much as I can. You are criminally underrated.
Whoooooooooa dude... this is.... beautiful. Like, I am blown away. You’re obviously an extremely talented music artist. Keep up the AMAZING work, man! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The heroic cowboy Link, shunned and forced out of Gerudo Town, is now riding back through the scorching desert on his trusty steed, Epona to save the very town that drove him away and stop the villainous Ganondorf from getting the deed to the town and from killing the sherif’s daughter, Zelda.
This ... is ... just ... perfection ! (And it is just one track) I am so exited to ear the next ! It reminds me « the second narrator » (on TH-cam) who made an amaaaazing links awakening orchestration (I hope you already ear it)
botw really needed more music, like it was an epic game and all, but music brings that extra emotional connection to a game, and of course then brings nostalgia later on
Mh, your work is normally always fantastic, I very much enjoy it. This remix however feels really really really strongly inspired by the Zelda Symphony arrangment. Like, many parts are almost identical, and sadly I feel like the official orchestration did many things better. You seem to have followed their structure almost completely, which I sadly found somewhat disapponting. However, I still want to make clear that your other work (especially the dark world remix) is absolutely amazing.
Thanks, I actually deliberately went out of my way to make a completely unique version, with a more film style swashbuckling vibe. So aside from using the same instruments, which is difficult to avoid in an orchestral arrangement, it really is nothing like it at all. I didn't follow any structure at all with it; in fact it went through several iterations and eventually the second half of the song became the first half, since originally it started with a more brooding presence but I changed it to better lead into the track that was to follow this one. I can certainly understand why one might find orchestral arrangements similar sounding with this source though, as the tempo usually has to be slowed down to accommodate the instruments.
@@SamoStudios I will definetly listen to the symphonic arrangment again, I might be completely wrong but when I listened to this arrangment, I truly did feel like many things are very very similar. But as I said, I might be completely wrong on that, I will have to check. Thank you for your answer though!
@@phoenix9531 I mean, there's horns and trumpets blasting the theme, but other than that I think it's pretty different. At some level nearly all orchestral fanfares have similarities, but it's definitely not based on any other arrangement. Same for every other track with the exception of Beyond The Mirror, which is based on my earlier cover of the same song, Dark Horizons released about 5 years ago.
My daughter is 5 and an absolute Zelda fan. She's heard 2 of your tracks now and she absolutely adores them! Brought tears to my eyes. Fantastic work!
Sounds like she's had excellent parenting; I'm honored to provide a little extra joy to the Zelda experience :)
Tears... of The Kingdom?!? 😵

Raisin' em' right 👍👍👍
Good parenting
Ending it with Ganondorf's castle theme was an inspired choice. It really rounded out the composition and brought the whole thing to a great close
its amazing when an entirely new sound mixes with the original music so well.
There’s no one better at this fan album stuff than Mr Dillard.
Challenge accepted!
At this point, it's Dr. Dillard :D

This is the perfect FF song to me. It's equal parts mysterious, hopeful, foreboding, and fun.
4:39 Sends powerful chills up and down my spine.
This is the song that should be used when the movie is made, this intro would pump me up!
Inspired!

This sounds amazing. You seem to understand what makes a tune sound cinematic.
Thank you! That's my goal :)
With th intro and these comments it's truly sounds like I'm in for an experience.

Wonderful, literally amazing
oh man oh man I’ve listened to so many different covers of this epic soundtrack already and every time it’s a blessing for my ears
Mr. Dillard, you've done it again. Absolutely EPIC. Love it.
This is GOD tier, epicness and pure beauty, wish you a big success for your album
Completely under recognized artist. Phenomenal work again, can't wait for the entire album!
i love the beginning so much i keep rewinding it so i haven't heard the rest yet
Hehe, well I hope the rest isn't too disappointing!
@@SamoStudios it wasn't
the only disappointment was when it ended and i was like 'wait it's over already?'
this has to be the best version of this song I have heard with how epic it is!
Wow. Good work man! So epic. And still faithful to the original, unlike many covers and arrangements of popular songs that add incongruous flourishes.
Another amazing addition! You are truly brilliant, Sam Dillard.
HOLY fuck!!!!!! i came thinking this was going to be a remasterd version and the i enter to a balad made by the fucking gods
Well done
horribly underrated... I can't believe this doesn't have more views and appreciation

This is a remixed masterpiece of the original masterpiece.
Truly, best version from Gerudo till now...
You did it! Sounds epic!
Oh man I've been waiting for this one!
The wind...
It is blowing.
This kicks the shit out of the 25th Anniversary Gerudo Valley arrangement.
the world is a better place now thanks to this. dot.
God your pieces are so incredible. Give me the chills every time
Fantastic, so light and crisp. Hope the album does great.
That rock shade next to Link's left food is distracting though!
Haha, it's uh, Dark Link emerging. Yeah that's what it is!
Yeah look at it's, uh, fetal shaped posture clearly it's just growing to um becoming an I'm sorry I can't save this
It’s a small Chu Chu stuck to his boot
It’s one of his Hover Boots he got at the Shadow Temple.
The longer shadow is a slightly raised piece of the cliff, and ends next to a small shrub.
this sounds so epic. Thank you for this version :D
I'm glad you like it!
Thank you so much, this is so perfect Sam Dillard! keep it going!! already recommended it to my friends.
Don't even have words for how great this is... That's why I can't comment on each video... It's just so good!!! Thank you! Glad I found your channel!
Magnificent. Truly amazing. Especially 4:40. Keep it up

Excellent blend between the Gerudo Vally and battle song and the donguns from Links adventure!
Mr Dillard, as always your work is splendid. I bought your magnificent musics since your first album, and I will until your last.
I just imagine oot link traveling through the haunted wasteland and gerudo valley with blistering sandstorms and this plays in the background.
seriously fantastic work. worth the wait
Listen, this is UNDERRATED.
Escuchá, esto es INFRAVALORADO.

Question: Does the album have the title music from The Adventure of Link? Not enough love sent its way.

This needs to be on smash bros!!
Was there a mixture of Warcraft Orks & Humans at the end?
these backgrounds are amazing, where can I find these?
