  • It's a nice Spring weather we got out to camp at our favorite camping place at Carson River Hot Springs, we had to put in a bit of hard work to enjoy nice hot water in the Baths. Thanks to some new friends we got a big job done and cleaned up the bath.

    For the past couple of big winters, you folks have spearheaded cleaning the springs up. Storm damage and people damage. Thank you!

    Amazing to see you guys taking pride in the place. My first time here I was shocked to see how trashed and vandalized everything was. It’s such a gem and hopefully more people will watch this video and at least pickup some trash to take home. My friends and me built that erosion ditch to the left of the main hot tub. I understand this is known as a local party spot but it’s also good to see you guys setting a good example of how to have fun and be respectful.

    Thanks for setting a good example of how to be a steward of our public lands. Pack your trach and cool that ash!

    I hate when people trash our outdoors. Whenever I go on trips I always have a truck load of trash I pick up and haul out. Love your videos. Fellow sac town Wheeler 👋🇺🇸💪🌎❤️🍻

    Hi, I appreciate all of the hard work. You guys do that is freaking? Awesome the hot Spring that you are cleaning at the edge of the river. Never used to be there. It used to be located in the river with a rock wall around it. A large flood took it out. About 15 years ago and a great friend of mine Don Morris started to build the hot Spring on top of the river. The ones that you guys like to hang out in dawn and Ron Williams and I. Help.
    The forest service keep that Barney Riley trail open for many, many years. I've personally been there over 100 times by the way, all of the trees that are on the hot Spring side of the river never used to be there about 25 years ago. My club planted 500 trees. And the ones that are there now are the ones that survived. Aren't so please, if you see anybody cutting off our branches for firewood, they deserve a tune up.
    Once again, thank you guys for the hard work you do. Is appreciated. I go in there about 8 to 10 times a year. The people that were responsible for building those Hot Springs.Their Ashes and their placks are on the side of a mountain in that area that is Don, Morris and Ron Williams.They are the main people that kept that trail open all these years.Thanks for the hard work guys

    I feel like every rig on the trail should at least have a shovel on board. One shovel to all those rigs seems a little ridiculous. lol. That’s just my opinion.
    Take care. Be safe out there.

      About five years ago, the road was a lot tougher to get in and there was a lot less SxS going out there, but like with anything things get bad just look at our whole country. What’s happening out there!

  • @Tacoexplorer

    We need to make the roads more difficult so people have a harder time accessing these gems.

    • @4WDAdventureCrew
      @4WDAdventureCrew  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Kinda Hard to make road less accessible to SxS people, lately they are the ones make more mess everywhere. Not all of them but a bunch of them ruin it for everyone else

      @Tacoexplorer 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@4WDAdventureCrew ahh. Didn't know lots of SxS access that spot. I can see them being a problem as they are in and out same day. I always try to clean up trash from others as well. I bring extra trash bags with me.
      When is the next time you will go there? I'm thinking April 1. You know if the river will be too high to cross by then?

    Been coming to this place for many years, its sad the condition people are leaving places like this. That place is constantly covered in trash, human waste, and toilet paper. Ever since ARCO bought and abandoned the ranch lands, people started trespassing to get to these springs and breaking their own trail when the road gets too bumpy. I hate to say it but I dont see the forest service allowing this place to stay accessible much longer.
