Kendel, do you bring your own specialty items like your aloe, Bloom and chia seeds or do you just get it when you arrive at places when you travel. I'd love to see how you prepare for traveling
i try to be more low maintenance when i travel bc it’s impossible to completely stick to my routine. i bring all my pill form supplements and will stick to 1-2 of my powder supplements (greens are my go-to travel companion)

I’m also acne prone and I use Benzoyl peroxide spot treatment for my face to minimize acne flares and I use vitamin c to brighten the skin when I have acne spots. Also, because I wear actives for acne I make sure to apply sunscreen. I look forward to more of your vlogs.
hi! thanks for watching :) i'm currently using the ordinary's AHA/BHA peeling solution 1-2x a week and also prescription tretinoin 1-2x a week (on different nights). and every morning i use dr dennis gross vitamin c lactic serum! so good
it is so sad to see a girlie stress out about her skin in fun trips, have you tried to not do so much to your skin because that helps me alot by not applying so much product only washing it and moisturising it
i dont stress! i let it do what it does. when i had a simpler skin routine i had MUCH worse acne. its the best its looked tbh. its my diet that ruins it sometimes when i treat myself too much
