So next video your doing the uper intake system, doesn't the 8th gen maxima have a 75mm or 80mm throttle body, I know its different but unsure.

Yeah I’ve already done the upper intake plenum and everything a month ago all of it is bolt on except the mass air flow sensor the plugs are different between the 7th and 8th gen. Majority of the videos are anywhere from a week to months behind till they get released depends on when I edit them, upload them then how I have them scheduled to be released to the public

Are the 8th gen parts superior to the 7th gen. I noticed your upgrading a lot of parts to 8th gen

Nissan made some improvements to the 8th Gen intake plenum for better and more air flow.

And what does this accomplish better fuel economy, more power? Did this require any tuning? @@ScorpionMultimedia

The lower manifold is the same between Altima, 7th and 8th gen VQ35.
The upper intake manifold is different between the 3 and gets slightly larger from Alti to 7th to 8th.
And TB plug is different between altima /7th gen Max vs 8th gen Max.
Alti 70mm vs 7th/8th gen Max 75mm.

@@4dscjoshneal Yes this is what I was looking for so I have the vq in the alti, but I wanna go to the 75mm I heard about the tb sensors being different, am I stuck with the 70mm or is there something I can work around?

@@4dscjoshneal OK so after checking the plugs I can do a 7th gen TB swap no problem but can go with the 8th gen TB, atleast I'll get the 75mm
