i used to live in italy, where tiramisu was invented. i thought for a long time it was a japanese dessert because the name sounded japanese to me for some reason. but in retrospect like of course it's italian, you dip that shit in coffee. i don't actually like coffee though. my girlfriend does, but she can't eat tiramisu anymore because she has an egg intolerance. did you know that's possible? some people's bodies just can't process eggs so they throw up violently instead. it's kinda crazy, since we wanted to have chickens. we're probably gonna keep chickens anyway. i'll just have to eat a lot of eggs since she can't.
