Prestige quality is worst now a days. In Bangalore I have seen crores worthy flats in prestige have seepage problems, parking issues, exorbitant maintenance costs. Don't buy any high rise buildings. Now a days no builder is using river sand for the construction. M sand constructions will not last long. Your hard earned money goes waste if u opt these kind of constructions. Better go for your own construction.
I went there and I don't see any 1 bed room apartment there in any brochure. can you show, where it is specified in any of their brochure? When I asked for two bed room villas, their staff told me " The smaller apartment are preferentially allotted to their staff, So not released for public.
Please add "Prestige City" to the title. Bellagio seems to be villa wing under Prestige City. Apartment project is called as Prestige City Major land holder seems to be Vaishnoi Group
Too much cost okay sir, they can hold some years if none buys but what about pressure Environmental resources. Different types of people live there some even don't care water usage.
