Hi Theresa Lim, we haven't tried it yet. But according to google, you can substitute Powdered Sugar to sugar. You require approximately half as much granulated sugar as powdered sugar. So for example, if a recipe asks for 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, you can substitute it with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar with no change in the overall sweetness of your recipe. Hi, For every 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar in the recipe, use 1 teaspoon lemon juice or white vinegar. As an example, if your cookie recipe calls for 1 teaspoon baking soda, add 2 teaspoons lemon juice instead of the cream of tartar. Hope this helps.
Hi Beautylyn, this can be a challenge. Since it has to be cooked evenly, as much as possible sana po sabay. But if it can't be done, you can try the top heat at kailangang naka preheat ang oven. Kailangan din po bantayan to check if the top part is already golden brown. Hope this helps. Salamat po.

Hi, you can try to use 1tsp lemon juice while beating the eggs. The sugar will hide the sourness of the lemon. :)
