I thought I was the pony one who noticed it.
I think that is sad because they had so much to talk about
I usually don’t comment on videos, but I couldn’t help but think the exact same thing, and I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed. I listened to this interview as a podcast on Spotify at first and kept thinking “God, this guy knows absolutely NOTHING about NHC. Why would you interview a band without doing SOME kind of prior research?”. Maybe he did, he clearly knew about Blake and Bailee’s relationship, but to me, that seemed like it was the only thing he knew about them before this interview. I (and probably most NHC fans) immediately got what Blake meant when he said “We’ve ALL got an album coming out” but Zach had no clue and it’s probably because to him they’re not “popular” enough, but popularity shouldn’t cause an interview to go south like it did with this one. He probably didn’t feel obligated to do any research on them because they’re an up and coming artist with a relatively small fanbase. However, I do the think the boys handled it very well even though most of his questions were bland and repetitive. Frankly, I tend to stay away from Zach’s interviews because I’m not a huge fan of him personally, but I pushed through this one for the boys. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not asking the guy to go watch every single Club Cam Vlog they’ve made, but this was probably the most generic interview I’ve seen/heard. You could ask any celebrity/artist these questions with the exception of Blake/Bailee’s relationship.
