"Euphoria" is such a great song that it's shocking it wasn't my favorite song of the year. Kendrick simply could not stop dropping peak music. What a year.
Any of the Kendrick beef tracks (minus Meet The Grahams for this particular example) were like “Most people would try to sound as tough as possible when dissing you - not me. I’m going make fun of you. And they’re all gonna laugh. They’re all gonna laugh _at you,”_

Euphoria was also my favorite of the beef. But I think each of them have their place. Meet the Grahams was absolutely scathing and dark, feeling more like a horror movie. Not Like Us was bouncing and really felt like something to show Drake his top spot isn’t guaranteed. But Euphoria, while not having the same attention, is the most diss-record like. Feels more classic to tradition beef’s in hip hop.
Think this is a very solid top 10 rap songs of the year, personally I think I like fuel from Eminem more, especially the flow from J.I.D to Eminem both fire
@ ya I think the hook is better for Antichrist, but personally I just like J.I.D more and the last 30 seconds of Eminem going off is what sold it for me on being the best song.
The Death of Slim Shady is obviously never going to be his best but it’s so much better than most of his modern albums that it was still really refreshing to hear
@@outmywritemind1739 There's sth called opinions homie. You can have yours, let others have theirs. @ombrenightcores BTW hard agree. It was amazing for me.
I actually like Side B more than TDOSS (which I like more than Side A). That album was just a very fun listen for me and none of them are skippers imo.
The way I still listen to Euphoria on a regular basis makes me wonder if I need intervention. At one point this year it was everyday multiple times a day even while working. Dwindled off a little bit but now I have to have at least 3 to 4 times a week 😭 I got tickets for his show in Atlanta next year. I know the beef war is over but I still hope he performs that song.
@ I remember the first time I heard it and I knew it word for word after like 3 months. Now it’s ingrained in my DNA. It’s my 7th most played song of the year too

Euphoria getting the love it deserves here is great. I’m so shocked Not Like Us took off and not Euphoria it’s easily the best song of the disses (I still like Not Like Us but euphoria is just better in every way)
As a huge Eminem fan, i actually think some of my favorite verses from the album were JID on Fuel, Big Sean and Babytron on Tobey, and 2 Chainz on Kyrie & Luka

switched it up to the more traditional style of thumbnail! that’s a fair point, it does take away a little bit of the mystery. the updated thumbnail still shows a few artists that’ll be in the video but leaves out the specific selections and spot placement 🙏

Hi Mr TV. You should include non billboard charting songs for your top list. I understand why you don’t include it for your worst songs (to filter out all the random terrible things released) but I don’t see any benefit in excluding songs you genuinely enjoy just because they didn’t chart. If anything it’s more interesting seeing a couple of more underground songs on these lists
There’s a few reasons why I limit it to hit songs, one is that this video would probably just be my favourite song from each of my 10 albums of the year if I didn’t limit it to only hits so the lists wouldn’t be very varied. Another is that it helps me put the list together more easily because trying to pick my top 10 tracks from every new rap song I heard this year would be super difficult.
