Great Channel. I too lost my father at a young age. I was 8 . I started working at 10, so I could get a bicycle and clothes. My mother struggled to take care of us. My uncle lived near us , he had a 1971 340 Hemi Orange Duster. I helped him work on that car daily and loved every moment. We eventually built a 11 second monster. Bracket racing at the drags was awesome!! My uncle was the best. Fishing, hunting , and working on Mopars! He had a 383 in a 1978 4x4 Power Wagon as well !! Please focus on the POSITIVE things !! YOU are BLESSED and the successful man you have become is amazing. Your father is very proud of the MAN you are today !! Look at your family and realize the influence you have on them. ADVERSITY is what has made you so STRONG 💪 ! PLEASE ... Do not embrace the damage .... embrace the FUEL it created for you ! No more Negitive comments Sir !!! How long does it take to finish these cars on this show ❓❓ ❓ I have watched this show since day one I am a huge MOPAR fan and I can tell you the show being more professional nowadays is much more educational and keeps me interested from start to finish ! Way to go mark and team
I started driving in 1978 and I wanted a Datsun wagon to get my surfboard back and forth to the beach my father would have nothing to do with a Japanese car so he brought home a 60,000 mile 69 GTO for $500, What the Hell was he thinking ???? Before I got out of high school I had 4:88 rears in the ass end and a JW automatic , sitting on 10" wide M/T !!
I know the black stripe was misaligned from the factory and you’re trying to replicate that but that would drive me nuts with my ocd having it uneven like that.

Why is the nose such a different shade.
They were converted to Daytonas at a subcontracted company so if you see a Daytona with a colour matched nose cone etc it's wrong.
