I'm not entirely sure, but have you tried reversing the battery? You could also check the circuit closely for any visible damage and try swapping in a different magnet.

Mine does not glow for some reason when using the magnetic thing that comes with it. Is there anyway to replace it to where it glows? @Hobbyjourney
