- This is the 2nd installment of a 3-part travelog of our recent (Apr 2023) trip to the South Island of New Zealand.
In this episode, we travel out of Christchurch into a town called Geraldine where Les samples the "elixir of eternal life", taste some locally made cheese and pit his salmon fishing skills against Asia Masterchef contender Lennard Yeong who was travelling with us. And yes, we had some really awesome pies along the way too!
