Then showing it being replaced with a equally dangerous tire to go commit the same bafoonary again. That vehicle combination shouldn't be allowed on the road, even in a developing turd world country!
Working on vehicles that are parked on the side of the road with cars and trucks flying by is hard and dangerous enough. Doing it in the middle of the road is just stupid and suicidal.
