Thanks for the video. Could you give me any advice on why my heater blows cold air only ,thermostat's fine ,fan speeds fine on all speeds ..checked the usuals, flushed coolant so no blockages. I only ask as I have the exact same van as you. Any help would be much appreciated
Yes they get hot ...also i changed the swatches for new one's ... but still no heat. Actuator flaps maybe but I'm trying to avoid removing the whole dashboard .
Just want to note, in Australia on right hand drive vehicles the pollen filter is on the drivers side, there is a 5.5mm nut holding that in

Did you check the two hoses that go thru firewall in to insise of van are they hot

Isn’t there meant to be a bolt in the cover that holds the filters in? You seemed to not fit one.

Yes. Replaced my pollen filters on 04-05-21 and it has a retaining screw. Also note filters have air flow direction arrows

@@jeremycanning8934 would you know what size socket is needed for that retaining screw? I tried 5mm which was too small and 6mm was too big
