I hate thunderstorms too! I am a tornado survivor, so I have PTSD from it. Whenever it storms, my anxiety races. Stay Strong!

Awe!❤️ Stay Strong 💪🏻. It looks like it’s not your problem. Love your family! My house was struck by lightning-it’s an experience you will never forget. I had to call 911 and have the fireman 🚒 to check my attic to make sure nothing was on Fire🔥. Luckily we were ok-just lost about $3k in stuff. I have awesome surge protectors on everything now. I still unplug stuff when a storm rolls in.

I am so sorry that you had such a frustrating day. I hope you won’t have to hire an attorney to get them s straightened out, but please do if this company isn’t willing to work with you to fix the problem. To me, it sounds like a problem on their end, and not your fault. You were making payments! Anyway, hope it all gets sorted out for you soon. Gentle hugs! ❤️

❤️❤️❤️. Praying things will work out. I’m sure they can resolve it for you. If not, you have a good case for a lawsuit. You are right when you said that it was a security breach issue on their end. I would totally not stand for this, and fight it all the way. My Credit is way too important to me to fool around with. in the meantime, try not to worry. I know that’s easier said than done. ❤️❤️❤️

If they won't work with you. The only option is to lawyer up. Also take screenshots of your login, as proof. System logs on both ends will show your logins & phone records will show your calls.
