Our cars are a little different. You have a 6th gen and my cats are made for a 5th gen. You're going to have to do some research of your own to find that answer.
I go to about 6500-6700. You're not really making power at 7000 until you have cams and springs maybe. No need to bring the engine that high. Then you risk fuel cut off and what not. Obviously I'm tuned so it can go out that far but I start loosing power past 6200 so no need to go that high
No I understand that. The redline is there to protect the engine. Granted, when you are custom tuned, you can move it past 7k. You will have fuel but the ecu will cut spark or fuel to keep the engine from spinning faster and potentially damaging itself.

Hey! Question for you. I'm possibly getting a 2011 V6 soon and I'm most likely going to do some mods but I'm worried about the trans. Have you have any issues with that at all?
You obviously did not pay attention in the video. A PEDAL COMMANDER DOES NOT INCREASE TORQUE, IT ONLY INCREASES THE RESPONSE SIGNAL FROM THE PEDAL AND ECU. My HP stood the same and my torque went up by 21. To some people, torque is their only care. So that being said and proved in the dyno graph, Will gave me a tune that improved over the dyno tune. Will can change anything a dyno tuner can. He just can't do it on the spot cause he can't just run the car to redline right away and see what happens. Email tunes are great for driveability as they can tune your car in the conditions of you actually driving. It's the same thing as street tuning, just remote, which is what a good dyno shop will do at the end of the day. But Will has dedicated his tuning to our platform which makes him arguably the best tuner for our cars. All you have said is bad things about Will because you had a bad experience as I did at one point too. If you wanna keep talking bad, do it on another channel. And it doesn't matter if you make over 3 to the wheels, if your torque is substantially lower than a car close to that, you will loose on the break and in shorter distances, assuming the higher torque car knows how to not break traction and actually hook.
@@WigginsFam79 i dont have much done to my car being that i haven’t had the camaro that long i do have a cold air induction intake and some exhaust work but after watching his videos i will probably do the manifold spacer. I definitely felt the difference after the tune tho
That proves how un informed you are. When I first released my tune video, I explained how to data log and in videos have already stated that I sent Will data logs. Before you comment and make yourself look ignorant, make sure you have your facts. I've been data logging for almost 2 months now. How many times do I have to say it's not all about horsepower to everyone? Also you think I'm that desperate for views that I would let someone like you disrespect me? Bro save yourself the time and just get HP tuners and start tuning it yourself . You have access to a dyno and the intelligence. Save your self the money and time of waiting on some one most of the knowledge needed to tune the LFX is on the Forum . I have the six on e85 self tuned self taught so I’m sure you can as well !
And if you aren’t interested in the full tuning capabilities at least you can view the changes made by Will at overkill and recalibrate as the ambient air changes weather etc to stay in the power band .

@@mistermanage1119 hey , so I wont sit here and lie and say i would even know what i was making i usually go for the old butt dyno to see if a change feels right after changing something. my second would be how fast my quarter mile is my stock run was in the low 15s it's an m6 and i could not get the launch down for the life of me last time i went so now that i've modified both the car and the driver skills i hope to see better results next time i go by the drag strip over here in Sacramento. I would recommend it i have owned it for a few years and have gotten my moneys worth because they always update their list of supported cars.and it doubles as a diagnostics tool incase something seems off with the car you can refer to the scanner to read logs on how the car should be running there is a learning curve but i think you could do it my man.

I would do research on local tuners near you. Or trifecta is always a good bet.
I have a 2010 V6 Camaro manual and I get about 260 to the wheel 🛞 how can I get more to the wheel like you did ??

That’s the crank hp number not the whp…it’s like almost a 20% difference
20% loss for automatic and 15% for manual. These cars normally push 270ish to the wheels. 2012-2015 was 323 to the crank.
i also have a gen 5 v6 camaro, did you notice and vibration on your steering or gas pedal after. Mine vibrates alot.

I have had zero issues. I will be replacing the clutch within a year but it has 63k so it's about time. Other than that, it's been good.
