- In the first installment of this series, Superplayer532 takes on a late-era NES classic called Final Fantasy. The game released in Japan in 1987 and later in the United States in 1990. It would serve as the foundation for many more series far beyond the iconic Final Fantasy series.
CLARIFICATION: My reviews may be exaggerated and should be taken with a grain of salt. This is merely a review based on a singular playthrough of the game, not based on any further research.
I admit that this is a starkly different video from any of my other productions, but this is something that I've wanted to do for a long time. I'd have a really hard time reviewing a game that I had already experienced, because I do not have proof of my reactions and praise / complaints. Plus, I think bias would get in the way if I reviewed one of my childhood favorites, so I decided to whet my appetite with something new.
This series is not restricted to Final Fantasy games either. Depending upon the performance of this video, I expect to expound upon it and produce reviews for other games. There are plenty of popular games that I'd love to try!
I also should say that the frequency of these review videos might not be often. It took about a month from start of recording gameplay to publishing this video, which required hours upon hours of work inbetween. If I attempt a grand project such as this again, I may spread my workload out.
This is also my first time attempting a video of this sort, so it may be flawed. Let me know if there is anything I can fix in the next installment.
Thank you for watching!

8:50 TO BE FAIR. The game originally came with a poster that listed every weapon, armor, and spell, and who could use what.
Do you know if FFII and III have the same? Because I will keep that in mind for the future, since I was grading the game solely by the game itself. Thank you for letting me know
woah....

I usually love longform FF content, just wish this was good.
What makes it not good? Looking for criticism for the next one.
@@superplayer5329 My bad man I was drunk and being a hater/jackass for literally no reason.
After watching it sober I'd say you could have definitely trimmed it down and it would've been a more enjoyable watch, maybe don't get hung up details, that sort of thing.
It’s all good man. I do want to keep the commentary detail oriented, but I can absolutely improve the pacing. Will keep in mind.
