I would love to know where you got the other editions of still beating. I cannot find any other versions other than the original. I would love to own as many different copies as possible of that book. IT'S SO GOOD.
I watched this video 3 hours ago. Immediately downloaded 5 Rounds and just finished it. Definitely plan to pick up book 2! Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year! 🎉
You said - tell me if you didn't like this book... Well, not to be heartless (pun intended) but I'm debating whether to dnf or not (20% in). It just felt same old-same old to me. I don't mind a book that is just a fun time and not very deep. But somehow, it felt a little juvenile to me (the panties thing, the begging thing... I don't know it didn't do it for me). I think that probably "Pirenasi" by Susanna Clarke was my favorite novel this year. It was so original and wonderful. However, it isn't a romance, it's more light fantasy-dark academia but definitely try it if you can! Among romances I would maybe choose "Untaken Twin" by Samantha Christy. This book is about a twin whose brother died when they were out hiking and his romance with his brother's fiancé. It was so emotional and raw. I loved how real both of the main characters were. I loved how the Hero had to overcome his guilt from surviving when his brother didn't and for wanting what his brother had. And I loved how the heroine slowly starts to feel things for the hero and not just see him as her fiancé's brother. I loved the secrets that were unraveled - and how they get to know the real person that the brother was - all his faults and all his courage. And the romance was just so healing and beautiful... Gorgeous gorgeous book (could be read as a stand-alone, I didn't like the first in the series).
I’ve only been a recent sub, so I’m not sure if you’ve read Emilia Finn Rollin’ On series. MMA series plus some others. There isn’t a single book in the series I don’t love. Bk 6 Jacks story is so emotional. Emilia is a former full contact fighter. If you haven’t read I highly recommend you do, she doesn’t disappoint
The Ravenhood series by Kate Stewart were my favorite of the year

Yes! Tiernan's story is really beautiful and it often gets glossed over because of the heat in it!
