The HOTTEST of the Krita tip I have is USE THE */* SHORTCUT, it goes back to your previous brush! It's more useful than the pop-up palette for which you have to use brush tags imo... Personally, because my keyboard can't do / without a modifier, i've set it to S
Still pretty early on in my "growth" or "journey" in Krita... AND if I had to advise of a solid tip, I'd strongly suggest you learn most of your Keyboard Shortcuts to get to stuff. It's going to dramatically shorten your time futzing around with tabs, tools, dockers, and scouring around... This is especially true if you're primarily working with a tablet (wacom) because you don't want to screw around needlessly with the mouse... At least, on my Computer, every time or two that I mess with the mouse and go back to the tablet, I get a swatch of brush wherever the pointer is as soon as the tablet registers the stylus in my hand again, and it does NOT require touching or moving... the shift over from tablet to mouse to tablet does it... Might be rarer with some than others, and I'm cool with it, if it's only MY computer, BUT it's worth a word of warning to help others who might also find that little tidbit INFURIATING... AND THANK GODS FOR "CTRL+Z" hahahahaha {aka, your BEST FRIEND EVER} ;o)
Wish I knew about what the button that does the tiled background thing(the one next to the mirror tools). I made a tiled background copying and pasting by hand ;-;
Hello, please advise: I need to create a square with borders in a specific brush/style, and be able to move and resize it afterward. When I create it on a vector layer, the border stays the same, and selecting a different brush doesn’t apply any changes. If I create the square on a paint layer, I can’t resize or move it independently (only the entire layer moves). I’m stuck and would appreciate your help.
I don’t know if you’ll see this but I’m was watching your video on colors and I was wondering if you could make a video talking about colors to match emotions, like blue is sad and yellow is happy but what if we had a like bright purple-pink to go with that blue? A light blue and dark blue could that still be labeled as sad? Sounds pretty and sad I wanna know about whatever that is called

Currently my biggest struggles is still trying to find anything on Krita but this is cool!!
Good luck on your Krita journey!
I hope one of the tips is how to change one of the digital stylus buttons to an eraser or the "scrolling click" part of the mouse
❤ Nice, I did learn some things
thanks
