Trying to figure out this Landis K - 12. Any suggestions?

Trying to figure out this Landis K - 12. The person I have looking at it now, has a Landis G. are they the same?
I traded a TechSew sideStitcher for this Landis K-12 as is. And it was really dirty and has really old thread that keeps breaking.
Would I take my Stitcher back, in a minute, yes, because I could sell my side Stitcher, and got a working rebuilt Landis K-12, an Adler patching machine, and a heel wheel for about half the price.
