Does it have to be tuned to over stock hp in order for it to have loud strong Pop and bangs like that? Or can it be done with stock engine? Only other car I heard with pops that loud was a M6 with fi exhaust not sure what else was done to exhaust but it was loud like thunder
Thinking about fitting those downpipes to my M8 comp, but was wondering whether or not those 'mini' cats would alter the fuel air ratio, since the O2 sensors now sending wrong data to the ECU. Meaning, they treat the downpipes as if they were catted, but they aren't. Could that hurt the engine in the long run?
due to exhaust mani/turbo-fold design is special for the m5/8 making the turbos spool faster but sacrificing the traditional old school v8 rumble sound
