At around 1:10 Derek Epp gets an up on the ball by diving toward Dave smiths swing with his arms up but below the plane of the net, Canada then proceeds to pass the ball and set it to a hitter for a recycle and then incredible backset by Epp… how come this touch under the plane was deemed a block and not dig?
