Please provide a discussion at the beginning of each video on why you are removing a particular dam and what the intended outcome is expected to be well after the water flow is re-established. Also, are there any permitting or other environmental requirements needed to do this work? Thank you.
I guess since it sounds like its close to road flooding is reason they are removing dam. Intended outcome would probably be prevent further flooding...
Hello, thnak you for your interest. The dam was very high ant it caused high water level in surrounding forest and a little road in it, mostly used by local farmers.
@@teresal5959 one can only speculate - that’s my point. It’s important to know and understand what the person actually doing the task intends to accomplish and why.
I came on to see your channel as i love watching 🦫 dam reovals but was very sad when you didnt take out all of the dam and i echo Chalenes sentiment sorry
I fail to see the point of this video beyond having something to put on you tube. You increased the height of the dam by two feet on each side and left a very narrow trench that the beavers will have no trouble repairing overnight. All the debris you sent downstream is already forming the basis for new dams. Kenislova has also gone the roure of anything for a video which is why I no longer subscribe to his channel. Thankfully there is still msTech86 who truly removes dams including ones bigger than this.
Terrell Spivey removes enormous dams. You should check him out, he's entertaining too. I agree about Kenislova, he just sends most of the debris down stream and most of the time only digs out a small channel. I still watch but it doesn't make sense. Terrell tries to remove the dams entirely.
